I had a very sweet gentleman mix me up some aromatherapy while we perused the store. My husband is fighting stage 4 cancer & I was looking for some natural things to help him. Jason helped us & my God- he was GREAT! He gave me local cancer survivors resources & even let me borrow a book on Immunotherapy. He was a wealth of knowledge as a cancer survivor himself. I picked up some reishi & Lions mane mushrooms, other supplements, and some things to add to my husbands regimen. I found the prices incredibly fair & some were cheaper than I've been paying at Whole Foods. I'd MUCH rather give them my money than Amazon! Everyone was so kind and helpful! It is the middle of the lunch hour and the shop is fairly busy which is always good to see as you know their products are fresher than most stores of this type. The Greener Apple has many affordable Eco-friendly items to help you waste less and be more mindful about consumption. I found some awesome silicone bowl covers, laundry detergent strips, and a few grocery items that are harder to find (low sodium better than bouillon vegetable bouillon, and hazelnut cacao butter). We enjoyed looking through the used bookstore, but we wish we had more time! It was quite an extensive collection! They also have have a ton of reusable tote bags, some of which would make an excellent reusable gift bag or a library/bookstore bag to carry books.
