Smoothies are great!!! And don't give me a hard time when I ask for ingredient modification. Competent staff! Clean location!

The açaí bowls always come out frozen solid. This time I asked "can it come out ready to eat vs frozen and waiting?" And the staff said "no, it's kept in a freezer." So I said "can you microwave it for 5 seconds or so, so that I can eat it now?" And she said "no, we can't." And laughed. Why get an açaí bowl that's not fresh and ready to eat?? The workers do not greet you or smile or look like they wanna be at their job whatsoever. The smoothies are always watery and mind you they take at least 10 minutes each to make. i've been here three separate times and every time the service has been incredibly awful. read more

Compare the atmosphere and service of this location to a year ago, completely different and not in a good way. No music playing 95% of the time, not greeted when you come in, no sense of urgency when multiple people are there waiting to either place or receive their order. Employees wearing AirPods and talking on their phone while making orders. Completely different and that's a shame especially when it's still owned by the same person. Out and about on a sunny Saturday morning and feeling a little heated up despite the cool temps... iced coffee is wrong on so many levels but blendered fruit sounds perfect! so much going on here smoothie- and otherwise that I am a bit befuddled at the wonder of it all especially since this is my first smoothie ever. besides the obvious fruit mash ups they's got all manner of supplements and super nutrient enhanced options and fresh produce to toss in and make it go roundy-round and round... what? I was feeling kinda festive so I went with the blimey limey - a pleasant mix of strawberries, limes, pineapples, and orange juices all blasted to smithereens for my betterment. these things should be available in a kiddie size because mine was so big and cold and tasty that I nearly froze my brain to the roof of my mouth... ...and for snacking there's a half dozen each flatbreads and wraps plus some salads, sammiches and other more esoteric stuff to boot but that'll have to go in the soon to be long awaited up-date. read more

A worker Lied about being closed, open sign was on walked in an and asked just to see if they would lie and i was right!

Since I love fruit this is the place for me to go. It's always service with a smile. I love to sit and just enjoy the view.

If you go to this location later in the day you'll receive a far better experience compared to if you go during the morning and into the lunch time hours and it took me awhile to figure out why that was but after talking to some of the employees they explained to me that it's due to the manager who's there in the mornings / lunch time and is not there later in the day. I personally have never seen him but that's also been explained to me it's because he's not one to want to interact with any customers so he stays in the back and if you order food then he's most likely the one who's going to make it which has always been unfortunate in my experiences because more than once I've been served dead fruit flies in my wrap, browning/ old slimy lettuce, and slimy tomatoes -basically I've been served garbage. I never eat what I order until I get home, by the time I've noticed I'm too far to care to drive back and complain plus the staff seems to be made up of high schoolers working their very first job so I assumed they're still learning and maybe they just don't know yet so you could imagine my surprise when I learned there is a 50 year old adult who's the manager hiding in the back and he is the one who made my food.... Yeah it was not only shocking but it's pissed me off which is what's brought me here to leave this review before I go back to speak to him myself I was very confused as to how I could be served such bad food by none other than the manager himself who is not only the manager but also a grown old adult and yet I've been served such bad quality of ingredients more than one time. I've ordered from here when he was not working and I have not had the same experience which was more confusing and is what led me to going back there to talk to the manager but apparently he had left for the day so instead I ended up speaking to the employees trying to understand what the issue was. That's when They explained to me how the numbers are most important to him, not the customers, not the quality, but how the numbers look to whoever his boss is so instead of throwing away food that is obviously not good, he'd rather serve it and save it so it's not counted as a loss and it only when he leaves for the day when the other employees are comfortable and able to toss the old food since he's not there to say anything which is why I've the food I've ordered later in the day has been better and edible I won't rant on about all I learned and was told about the way the manager is running things because I believe that's a conversation best kept for him and his boss as well as the health inspector (which I also was told that the inspector score of a 100 only makes sense when you know the inspector is coming) This location has great employees all very friendly and is somewhat cleaner than other locations so its very unfortunate it has such a bad manager standing in the way of it reaching its full potential and honestly I feel bad for the employees having to work under that type of so called leadership and I can only hope they don't move on in life working other jobs with the way he is trying to teach them but if you want to go here I suggest later in the day if you want to order and food smoothies are pretty consistent regardless of the time read more
