Understanding that mistakes happen, I called the restaurant to at least try to get compensated or my money back for the missed item. The employee I spoke to on the phone did not care, stated they would call me back, and never did. If we are being honest here, it was extremely expensive ( 17.50 ) for the chicken pesto wrap. I don't mind the price as long as it matches the quality of the food. The wrap was 70% lettuce with about 4/5 pieces of chicken. Extremely disappointing and not filling at all. In my opinion spend your money elsewhere, the price doesn't match the quality. On top of that- unapologetic customer service. The least you can do as a business is make things right when mistakes happen!
