Terrible customer service and after-the-order support. Simply said take it up with Uber and hung up! Ordered thru Uber Eats and they left out the potstickers. Additionally, if you order teriyaki chicken, the picture shows vegetables, and you can select "extra vegetables" however it doesn't actually come with vegetables. Confusing? Sure and when you call the shop they tell you it's uber eats problem not theirs even though they DIDN'T PUT THE POTSTICKERS IN THE BAG. Ya see folks, when you order delivery, the shop knows you can't just wait for the food for an hour, then drive in and take it up with them. So, I recommend ordering elsewhere or skipping one of two things: Uber since their people can't check the order or STOLE the potstickers or skip Sweet Krunch all together. Why wait an hour and have little to show for it?

Stumbled upon this little gem by mistake and what a pleasant mistake it was!! Amazing Korean fried chicken with so many flavor options. The food is plentiful and flavorful!! Excellent customer service with ample seating. Very clean!! Will definitely be returning!!

My family and I were in Newnan trying to decide on a place to go for lunch. We're regularly in the area so we wanted to try someplace we've never been before. Sweet Krunch came up on Yelp, the reviews were pretty good, the pics looked promising, and the menu was interesting so we settled on it. We walked in on a Saturday afternoon and we're the only customers. The menu seems overwhelming at first so it took us a while to decide on what to order. The first negative was the fact that the entire time we were standing up front staring at the menu overhead (roughly 10 minutes) the cashier never once asked if we needed help with the menu or needed suggestions on what was good or anything. There were no words exchanged until we wanted to order. Our order consisted of extra spicy bulgogi beef fried rice, a fried tofu bimbimbap, a chicken strips kids meal with fries, one regular strawberry mango tea, and 2 extra sides. All which totalled about $54. Our food came out fresh to the table in about 15 minutes. I can say everything was tasty! The only con was the mango tea. It was extremely sweet. Next time I'd order it with the 1/2 sugar option, if there is a next time. I stopped by the restroom before leaving and noticed a foul, undescribable odor coming from the kitchen area that was quite unappetizing and made me question the quality of the food or the food storage.

As a part of a Korean family, all we can say is that we are content with the offerings at Sweet Krunch! Amongst its Asian fusion menu, we usually get the more Korean "traditional" dishes, like Tteok Bokki (spicy rice cake), Japchae noodles (sweet potato noodles), Kimbap (Korean "sushi"), and Bibimbap (veggie/meatrice bowl with spicy sauce). It can definitely satisfy cravings that I long for Korean food while living away from the Atlanta area, which is a haven for all things Korean in the South. But sometimes to drive doesn't feel justified - that's where this place comes in and gives us just enough to tie us over until we make that trip up north. I also appreciate that their menu offers other Asian food/dessert/drinks and it can be a one stop shop for multiple generations if the family have a spectrum of preferences for multi-cuisine asian foods.

This place was $18 for some burnt bulgogi and plain rice , yes it was a decent portion but the flavor was off since a good portion was burnt n had that burnt flavor, atleast I'm full from the serving size and the vibe itself was nice.

Let me start by saying the food is delicious and fresh. The first time I had it, I door dashed it to my home, my dasher asked me have I tried it before because he always wanted to. Unfortunately, I told him that time would be my first. If you're seeing this review " I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT SIR" . The food was prepared quick but did not taste rushed. I literally ordered it 2 days straight. Very good indeed!

Excellent food would recommend. Good flavor and pleasant staff. The pork steamed buns are my favorite as well as the the Korean fried chicken

Asian sounded good so we decided to give this place a try. I'm sure glad we did. Their Indonesian fare is fantastic! My Satay, served with peanut sauce, veggies, and rice was OFF THE HOOK! The server shared with me that the staff add chilis to the peanut sauce to give it a kick. I asked if they could do it for me, and they did. DELICIOUS! The kids liked their sushi and miso soup. My wife enjoyed her bulgogi. Yes, a bit of every Asian country seems to be offered. The thing is, I don't generally expect everything be good when visiting a place that tries to do too many styles of cuisine. Go Juu does it great! If I make it back this way, I'll pay this place another visit!

AMBIANCE (4/5): Tons of indoor & outdoor patio seating, although it seemed like everyone pre-ordered or picked up to go. They have 2 long communal tables and a ton of 2-4 people tables. The wood tables make it look rustic, pop music playing so it's not awkwardly quiet. SERVICE (3/5): You order at the counter first, a single cashier, but it goes fairly quickly. Most of the staff is in the back kitchen. It's more "serve yourself". You grab your own drinks from the fridge, all utensils, napkins, and water are already on the table, and throw your own trash away, everything is in disposable containers. FOOD (4/5): $22 BUILD YOUR OWN BOWL: I personally didn't like the signature rice, I wanted the crispy rice fritters but they were sold out at 1:30pm on a Friday. The crispy Brussels were AMAZING! Definitely get this for a (+$2.50 upgrade). Bulgogi ribeye was sweet and delicious! Cashier offered a side of spicy Korean sauce which I didn't realize I'd be charged for, just wish she told me it was an additional cost (+$0.75). It doesn't need any extra sauce, the bowls are very saucy! And I'm a heavy sauce person. Also added a fried egg (+$2). The bowl was very delicious, minus the signature rice, I'd get all crispy Brussels next time! $4 BUTTERFLY TEA: very sweet, but good! $4 MINI COOKIES (4-PACK): I got 2 chocolate chip and 2 banana chip cookies. A little dry, but yummy. OVERALL (4/5): This is a FAST-CASUAL restaurant. They ask for automatic tip at the cashier, but you pretty much service yourself except when they bring out the food. I honestly wasn't expecting to spend this much for a quick lunch (total was $36), but I wanted to try everything. Now I know what I like and don't like here and excited to try some of the other bowl options! Definitely recommend this place! Very yummy!

This location is fairly new to the area but located in the popular Avenues shopping district. The inside was spotless and beautiful with KPop videos playing on the TV screens. My mom let me choose the menu, so we went with AYCE Option B. We tried the beef brisket, beef bulgogi, soy-marinated chicken, and onion & garlic marinated beef steak, and everything was high-quality cuts of meat. The flavors were great, and nothing tasted cheap or overly processed like you sometimes get with all-you-can-eat spots. Our waitress was incredibly nice and helpful. She actually tended the grill for us and made sure everything cooked perfectly, which made the experience much easier for my mom since it was her first time. They also change out the grill tops after each round of meat, which keeps everything clean and the flavors fresh. This is a great addition to the Peachtree City dining scene and definitely worth checking out. They even offer lunch specials in the $13-$15 range, which is a really good deal. The best part? My mom is already asking to go back, and she's usually not the most adventurous eater, so that says a lot.

We were really looking forward to it, but it missed the mark. The sides were a mixed bag. The baked beans were actually very good, according to those in our group, and the fries were fresh, hot, and crispy. The mac and cheese was just okay. One bright spot was the young woman working the counter. She was friendly, welcoming, and provided great customer service, which we really appreciated. Overall, while the service was pleasant, the brisket was disappointing enough that we wouldn't return or recommend it, especially if you're visiting for the brisket!

I think my toddler could eat it as well if he'd been there but the flavor was very refreshing and it was enough that I could've eaten just that I got the eggplant special which came with long slices of grilled eggplant with meat and bell peppers and a side of rice. Their rice was a bit dry but it went well with the sauce - they said it's their 3/5 spice but id call it a high mild. If you like spicy food, you're going to have to ask for whatever I'd past their idea of 5/5 spice lol since my toddler was home, I dumped a ton of chili oil, dried chili powder and sambal onto my food from the sauce bucket on the table The egg rolls were awesome.
