They need to answer the phone and Uber eats app should have a place for important notes like banana allergy. Or strawberries not in syrup.

The food was awful, The service I received was not good Cheyanne was rude, disrespectful to her customers and to her staff. The whole store smiles really bad. Someone needs to fired that manager. It was not clean, the floors were sticky. read more

Can't decide what I think about this place. First visit, I got a fruity concoction which was good. My mom's drink was far too tart. 3 people were working; 2 had mundane personalities while the 3rd seemed to be the manager and was helpful. 2nd time was for my mom's birthday. I mentioned this fact, and they gave my mom her drink for free. I ordered their Mo'cuccino which made me painfully sick all day long; I almost had to call in to work. Their enhancers cost extra. Stopped in as a first time visitor about two hours before closing on a weeknight. Two young gals were working. They did their duty, but not an ounce more. (In all fairness they were working hard behind the counter, I suspect they had a long list of "closing" duties to accomplish.) Bottom line I didn't feel welcome. I mentioned it was my first time stopping in hoping for a little extra guidance as I stared at the huge bright menu board and that didn't elicit any response at all. I chose the chocolate mint shake, and it was delicious. For 300 calories not a bad first choice! I was a little price shocked, but I suppose if this is a meal replacement and not a snack I could over that objection. I'll come by again sometime and see if my experience is any different. I thought it was silly to see that a smoothie place had such a low rating but now I get it. I just left at 4 on a Tuesday afternoon. There was no one in line but probably 10 people waiting for their drinks. When I got to the counter to pay my total was $9.07. I gave the cashier two $5 bills while I dug in my change compartment. I pulled out the 7 cents and the cashier told me that it was too late. Just then, two girls come walking out of the back complaining about how another girl just left and now their busy. One of the girls finally informed the cashier on how to properly make change, which was literally one dollar, then she started biting her nails and complaining about how their uniform is changing. There are still 7 people waiting for drinks. When they put drinks on the counter they just set them down and walked about. When asked what they were, the girl said she didn't know and walked away. Yesterday (3/8/22 at 1:45pm) my son and I went to the Overland Park location to get what was supposed to be two refreshing smoothies. We typically go to Robeks for our smoothies, however they're temporarily closed for renovations. I ordered 2 pineapple spinach smoothies and was told after the transaction was completed, that they were out of spinach, but could use kale instead. I asked if that would still make it a sweet drink and the female employee said, "Yes. This one is one of our sweeter smoothies." Once we received our beverages, we took one sip and both had a very appalling reaction. My son (who's 5) said it was "disgusting and tasted like a sweat sock." That description was pretty spot on, however I would've added that it tasty like a sweaty, chalky sock. It was horrible! I politely asked the gal working if we could possibly get a different drink because these were not sweet and had an extremely foul taste. She replied, "Yea, you can pay for two new ones." As an investor of a local restaurant, customer service should ALWAYS be priority #1! I could never imagine giving that response to a customer that wasn't pleased with something they ordered. Keep in mind...this was an altered order THEY added together (kale vs spinach). I asked what they could do to possibly make the drinks better (something I feel like they should be suggesting) and the other gal from behind the counter stated, "We can't do anything, but if you want to pay and order something else, you can." I said thank you, we threw our drinks in the trash and walked out. I will NEVER go to another Smoothie King! It is very clear they value the dollar over customer satisfaction and that's not something anyone should put their money towards. I'm so upset. I placed a mobile order on the app and it said pick up at 10:47. I took me maybe 7 minutes to get there and I saw my order wasn't sitting there. So I wait. 10 minutes go by 3 people have already came in, ordered, and got their drinks. 20 minutes goes by. The girl there hasn't even acknowledge me... 30 minutes go by. 6 people have already gone in and out. I finally speak up and say something and she says "No I don't have an online order." I come here often because of how much I love the smoothies. When I first came in and told them I'd never been, the girl was very helpful and we got 2 great tasting smoothies. Every time I've come in since, the service is lacklustre. Even an exuberant "Thanks!" to try and show my gratitude is received with a blank stare as they quickly turn away. So, the service isn't great. I also asked some questions about other products they sell and the girls don't seem to know anything about them. I've also never been told about their app with rewards. Glad I saw a small sticker on the window one day for my 10th smoothie to finally begin collecting rewards. 2 days ago when I stopped in I asked for some suggestions for low calorie and the girl turned her back to me, proceeded to talk to the wall and I barely heard "...mango..." on her turn back to me so I just asked for the last one she mentioned. The girls working on this specific day had such bad attitudes. I wasn't please with the consistency of my smoothie as it had chunks of ice and chucks of fruit, not smooth at all. Love this place! It can be a bit pricey but it is well worth it when you use it for meal replacement. So much variety and lots of choices.
