I had a very disappointing experience last Monday. The light-skinned male employee with the lazy eye appeared to be under the influence while I was trying to place my order. He was loud, unprofessional, and made inappropriate comments about other women's bodies, which created an uncomfortable environment. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced rude behavior from him. The only reason I have continued to visit in the past is because the older Black woman, who I believe is the manager, has always been professional, respectful, and provides excellent customer service. This location is in a busy area. At peak times it can be difficult to get in and out of the shopping center. At night the parking lot is very poorly lit so stay aware of your surroundings. This location does not have a drive thru option but it on the southern edge of the parking lot of the center so there is ample parking. It is clean and inviting inside. The employees weren't rude but weren't welcoming either. Waited approximately 5 minutes after ordering to receive my drink. That wasn't bad considering there were multiple people ahead of me and they were also filling online orders as well. read more

My High Intensity Chocolate Cinnamon smoothie was made just right! The smoothie makers were very kind and polite.

If I would give 0 stars I would... went today to this location for a smoothie for a MR, when I received my smoothie I grab a straw and left. When I got in my car I tasted my smoothie to see that it tasted like soap. I went back into this establishment and they trained to say it was the unsweetened strawberries, however I get unsweetened strawberries ALL the time! After rudely remaking my smoothie which the lady didn't want too, before handing me my smoothie she told me that I need to taste it before I leave as when I leave it is not their problem. I left but I definitely will be calling corporate on Monday morning!!! This place did not use to be like this! Never coming to this location again!!! EVER!! read more

This is the worse smoothie king I've ever been to. 1st they either dont have the same menu as the many other Smoothie Kings I visit because they guy insisted I just order my son a little angel when we clearly wanted a Caribbean Way Jr... The girl fixing my order turned her nose up and told the other girl yuck and proceeded to call out the customizations I requested for my Power Punch Plus and they still fixed it wrong and added Turbinado hello I said NO SUGAR. Then they were out of spinach and kale so she just literally scraped the corner or the container of frozen mess and said oh we are out then said oh wait there is a new container right there but still didnt add more to my drink and proceeded to blend. Smoothie King holds a special place in my world because I support everything home grown (South Louisiana's Finest) but these franchise owners are turning this into the low and driving me to the other local juice bars because I am not getting consistent Smoothie King quality each visit :-( So drive down a bit farther to the other side of Pearland there is a better Smoothie King just pass this one adjacent to a dang Shipley Donut right on up!! This place puts this Company's name down so far, it should be called water down smoothies. I came to pick up a smoothie for my wife, I have all the time in the world during my lunch, but this place made me realize that they could care less about anyone's time, I arrived at the same time as two other people, for a total of six smoothies, they were paid for and just needed to get done, three more groups show up , but the curve side orders were coming in, and were getting worked before our orders, I get it if they were placed before we arrived, but nope and sadly it was just one person, but after 20 minutes I walked up to get my money back, and the girl that just came in said , here is done, but it was not a smoothie any more she just added more Ice for consistency, but who knows how much more water I got instead of the power punch plus I paid for, but let's just say come to this location at your own risk, they have no clue what they are doing here. I got the mango kale smoothie and it taste like a flavorless popsicle with frost bite. This is the grossest smoothie, please don't waste your money. I make much better smoothies at home while using kale and mango, so I definitely wasted my money. The quality of the ingredients is atrocious. There isn't anything fresh, which is the entire basis of their product. The staff was nice, but I can't understand how you can mess up a smoothie. read more

Kasey the cashier has a horrible attitude every time i come in. I use to blame it on early mornings but she never has a good day. Today I spoke to her twice by saying good morning and she never said anything back. I finally said Good morning for the third time and that her customer service is awful. She went on to explain everybody quit today and she would be there by herself. Which has absolutely nothing to do with me but as previously mentioned she's pretty consistently rude that's why I decided to write this review. I had issue with the manager Linda. She's rude and doesn't honor coupons. If smoothie taste wrong she won't replace it even though you're bring it back full to replace. It was a wasted trip to go back. I was told because I left the store it couldn't be replaced. But it was 40 minutes later and it's no like I brought the cup back half full or empty. read more

This is my first yelp review. I had an urge to drink a smoothie last week. So we stopped by here and i was amazed. The smell of fresh fruit and ingredients hit you as soon as you walk in.
