I l love this location. It is very clean and staff is really nice. My smoothie was great as usual, but of all the smoothie kings I have gone to I have never had a worker to tell me my point balance. After he scanned my card on my phone, the gentleman just let me know what my point balance. I let him know that no one else has ever done that at any smoothie king I have visited. read more

This might be the worst location. I defy you to get a 32oz that is filled properly. I've given it 7 visits and now giving up. Additionally, when it doesn't "blend" they just add more water. Ruins the taste, obviously. This isn't rocket science, everything is measured for you, just follow the instructions for the ingredients. read more

This was my 3rd time at this location and only giving two stars because the other two visits didn't suck. It took 15 minutes for two employees to get my two small smoothies. There was no one in front of me in the line. When I finally got the 2nd smoothie I knew to taste it because I watched her make it. It was awful, frozen water. I asked for a remake by the other girl. The remake wasn't good. The flavor wasn't balanced. Do they not have a recipe card for correct portions? I didn't want to wait longer or ask for a 3rd smoothie so said screw it. Family wanted smoothie so we stopped by. We were somewhat assisted by Shayla. I say somewhat because we had questions about the menu and her annoyed facial expression was VERY prevalent. She made us feel like we were bothering her with our questions which made us feel unwelcome. Luckily, there was a young man working with her that was kind enough to assist us in answering our questions and making our smoothies without making us feel that we were inconveniencing him. I didn't get his name but we appreciated the customer service experience that he provided us. read more

If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would! One afternoon I was so stressed as I had just gotten some not so good news about a loved one. I was asked to pick up some smoothies before going to a family member's house. When I got to the counter I suddenly lost it and couldn't stop crying. The young man, Luke, asked if I was ok. I apologized and told him I'd be ok. I was finally able to calm down enough to place my order. He rang it up and as I was getting my card to pay he told me not to worry about it, they were on him! I told him thank you, but I would pay. He refused and again said he would take care of it for me. He was so kind and thoughtful! I cannot thank or praise him enough. Luke, God bless you, I am sure your parents are very proud of you. Never change, you will definitely have many, many blessings throughout your life! Oh.....I paid it forward in your honor. My last three visits to this location, someone different has made my drink and it has yet to be consistent. Last time the individual making it left about half an inch from the top. Time before that the individual neglected to put the second powder that comes with the drink option. Not sure if this is just summer help or owner is constantly watching margins hiring cheap. I would suggest more managers on duty or someone that has been there over three months to see that these drinks are made consistently. Great location for steady stream of business but if the consistency continues to dip I'll spend my money elsewhere. read more

I LOVE smoothie king. Went there today to get my usual, the peanut power plus with chocolate. Got into my car and drove off only to find out that it taste like water. Hardly no peanut butter flavor at all. Highly disappointed and will not be returning. read more
