We had the CoCo Power bowl with a coconut base, and a Nutaya bowl, but subbed the Nutella for almond butter. I also had 2 different bases, coconut, and banana. Both of which were delicious! All of their bases are gluten & dairy free so a huge plus for someone with food allergies. You can also request the gluten-free granola. The ingredients are super fresh and your bowl is made to order. They definitely encourage substitutions. The girls are extremely knowledgeable about each bowl and are happy to give suggestions. We met the manager and she was awesome as well. I have a couple of observations~ Since the bowls are really BIG, it would be great to have two different sizes. Also, the condiments, like cocoa nibs, almond butter, coconut flakes (etc) are pretty sparse. (Fruit was plentiful) It would be nice to have a bit more of those included. There was plenty of mango on my bowl, I just wish ther was more of the coco whip on top. The bowl had mango, pineapple, and banana. The fruit wasn't as juicy as I hoped it would be. The base was a little flat. Overall my bowl was fine. I'm willing to try something else on the menu .
