After a long day of running around with my toddler nephew on a hot summer day we decided to stop in to Smoothie King to get some refreshing smoothies to cool us down. We noticed about 8 cars in the drive thru so we decided to get out and go inside to place our order. All employees were nice despite how busy they were and definitely hustling to get all orders out as soon as possible. I appreciated the woman who was running the drive-thru AND the walk up line inside the store. She was efficient, nice, and patient with us as we figured out what we wanted. I noticed many people coming in, who ordered through the app for a pickup, that did not have to wait long for their smoothies. There is a small spot when you walk in at the counter that holds the smoothies for these orders. I saw many people come through and already know what to do when they saw their smoothie + name waiting for them in the drink carrier. If you do not have the time to wait or are impatient then I would highly suggest you order online and do pickup. This location was easy to get to, is surrounded by local eateries in the same complex, and even has a new wing/burger spot about to pop up right next door soon. When I called the store, I was told by the staff member at Smoothie King that I needed to call so the delivery driver could come back and get my other smoothie. I told him I ordered through the Smoothie King app and that I didn't know who Smoothie King used for delivery. He continued to say that I have an attitude and it's not Smoothie King's fault that I didn't get my 2nd smoothie that I paid for. I explained that when a person doesn't get the product they are expecting, then people have a right to be angry. I'm so tired of these children working here. Half the time they don't repeat my order back to me correctly, so I have to correct them. Other times, they only repeat part of the order back to me, so I don't know if I'm getting the correct order, and I have to ask for a receipt, which they usually don't offer. A few weeks ago, the cashier had peeling nail polish and wild hair and old makeup from the night before. Disgusting. Last week, my order was incorrect when I drank it. Today, the guy didn't listen to what I said and repeated the wrong thing back. It's not rocket science, people. Why don't you all get some adults who actually want to work?! I love the smoothie I usually get, and I would get it every other day, if I could trust this business to give good service, but I don't. Not worth the hassle. I guess my review didn't qualify for a response from the company about wanting to do better. I came here on a Friday night after working out. I have been seeing ads for the hydration mango pinapple and watermelon, and I wanted to try it out. I decided to get the hydration mango pinapple, because it sounded good. I love how they have the 32 oz smoothie for 5 dollars on Friday, and I was able to take advantage of that deal. The cashier was nice but it was a little hard to hear her. My drink was made pretty fast, but I don't think it was blended well because it didn't have much flavor until I mixed it with my straw again. Overall it was refreshing, and not that sweet. This might not be the drink for you if you are looking for something sweet. They also have a drive thru, which is pretty cool if you don't want to get out of your car. read more

I used to like this location. However, I'm not sure if it is the new employees there, but someone sure needs additional training how to make the smoothie. The last few times I've gone, there has been unmixed powder in the smoothie. So disappointing. I will never go back again. I really like the smoothies from the place but the customer service from some of the employees isn't good at all. Today I went and got a lot of attitude from one of the ladies who work there. She was wearing glasses was smaller frame. I didn't have my phone to use the app so I wanted to use my phone number. The lady told me that they don't do that when just the other day another employee helped out using my phone number. I said if you can't do it can you get someone else to help there are three other people here. She told me that they are busy and I'd have to just pay. So it didn't work and I asked her to get another worker. She then rolled her eyes shook her head and walked away. The other worker came and told me the same thing. He was mid sized had a blond/white patch of hair. I told him I just did it a couple days ago I know for a fact it works. He tried and then it went through. This location is the closest location to my home however, I feel like every time I order from this location, the order is wrong or takes a long time. I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt, however, it continues to disappoint. The last three times I've ordered from this location there has been an error or unrealistic wait time: 1) online order never processed or ready for pick up in time, 2) ordered a power punch plus and was given a strawberry something (not power punch plus; no banana was included), 3) this order- power punch plus tasted bland and chocolate hulk took a long time to make. No other customers were in the store or drive thru. When the smoothie and wait time was brought to the team members attention, they stated they needed to contact their manager then proceeded to start they could only refund one smoothie, not two (even though we were never given the 2nd one (hulk) to begin with. I will not be visiting this location, it is a constant disappointment. read more

I had never had smoothie king till last night, I showed up exactly at 9PM & the gentleman informed me that they are closed I understand working in the food industry the frustration of last minute costumers can be frustrating... I did ask for a menu for the next day and he ended up inviting me inside, I was introduced to the "Mango Kale" it was AMAZING!
