This Smoothie King is much much worse than all others in the area. The workers are clueless, they do not know their products and they cannot advertise it. I was never asked if I wanted any enhancements like I was at many other locations. When I looked over the barrier to see the prep space, I noticed there were banana chunks in the strawberries. Used to go here daily and every time the service is poor. Went through the drive thru one afternoon and waited awhile for acknowledgement. Pulled up to the window and saw no one. Pull up a little more and saw an employee in the lobby with their feet kicked up and hood pulled over their head so I just left. I've been to this location on three occasions. The first was a normal event. However, the second and third (last) visits were not pleasant. The second visit, I saw the employee making my drink incorrectly. When I corrected him, he replied, "but, I already made it." I accepted it as it was and left. The third visit (drive-thru), I ordered my smoothie with 'frozen yogurt'. When I got my order, my smoothie was clearly a thin liquid and not frozen or firm at all, as done at other locations I have visited. When I went inside to inquire how it was made, I was told it was done with frozen yogurt. I know the consistency of frozen yogurt and either it was not made as I ordered or it was highly cut with water. I WILL NOT return to this location again. Super friendly staff and very quick service. I entered to an empty room at first but only for a second and a smile emerged with apology and mentioned she was cleaning; everyone likes clean. The atmosphere was nice, smelled good, and the store was practically spotless. I've never actually been inside this location because they have a drive-thru which is so much more convenient when you have a 2 year old and a 4 year old. We always go on Fridays because they have their medium 32 oz smoothies for $5, which is a bargain in the smoothie world. We opt for the Angel Food (strawberry banana) everytime. It's a favorite among kiddos. The drive through is very fast. I've never had to wait more than 3 minutes from the time I order until the time I am handed my smoothie.
