They also had a manager's special on fresh ground beef for $7.99 per pound, which was another great value. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to shop. The meat, produce, and other fresh items all looked fresh and well-stocked. We were able to find nearly everything on our shopping list. The only item we had trouble finding was plain vanilla yogurt, as there seemed to be more dairy-free options, such as cashew yogurt, along with several varieties of Chobani. Another helpful tip is that the store charges $0.10 per bag, although the bags are sturdy and reusable. You can also bring your own reusable shopping bags to save money. This location is conveniently located in the Prasada Shopping Center next to Cobblestone, Ross, and many other shops and restaurants. There is plenty of parking, making it easy to get in and out. There was one employee who used the bathroom. She did not wash her hands before leaving the restroom which was disgusting and also they should have a sign in the bathroom for all employees to wash their hands before returning to work since they are handling food and products and also bagging groceries. Procedure is the same - you grab a cart using a quarter and then the quarter will get returned to you when you return the cart. Inside, the aisles are wide and they look clean. Items were full and well stocked. Produce looked very good and fresh. I always get plenty of produce, cheese, other dairy items and ground meat and fish. I've never had an issue with quality or taste. I also like their selection of crackers and charcuterie items. This location does not have self checkout, but the line was pretty quick with the cash registers. I did observe a few of those driving cards if you are unlimited mobility and need to use one. They claimed they were not authorized to issue refunds, even if they wanted to, and stated that if someone didn't like a drink, they should just "know better next time." Excuse me? This is not acceptable customer service. They also claimed company policy prohibits them from remaking drinks or providing refunds, stating it would be a "poor business decision" to do so. The lack of empathy, knowledge, and customer service in handling a straightforward issue was appalling. I paid for an entire drink that was undrinkable, and when we asked for a solution, we were met with indifference.
