I stopped at 2 grocery stores after my gym workout looking for turmeric root without success. (Started this review a while ago.) Sprouts came to mind and I scored. I used the restroom before shopping and had to take a picture of the sign after I exited. I bought a bag of Tumeric root and 2 pineapples. I appreciate having a Sprouts close by. This location is well-stocked and clean. All of the staff here are friendly and welcoming every time I come in. I especially want to give a shoutout to Erine Malone. She always does an excellent job getting Instacart orders out in a timely manner, everything is accurate, and she's consistently super friendly and professional. She always goes above and beyond in answering questions, addressing products and making me and my family feel completely catered to... I don't usually go to Sprouts for groceries, but yesterday, 3/23, I decided to treat myself and my family. I don't go to Sprouts often, so when I entered the store I was a little overwhelmed. A kind young lady sensed my hesitation when I walked into the store and immediately greeted me with a smile. She said her name was Jayla and she asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I told her I was looking for the meat products. She smiled and led me to the meats. She told me to find her if I needed anything else. I continued to look around the store for a while and decided it was time to check out. I was pleased to see Jayla once again! She bagged my groceries wonderfully and happily. Jayla is an articulate and kind young lady who is always willing to help customers and ensure that they are satisfied. She goes above and beyond in the work place and I find this is a quality that a lot of young folks lack. Not once did Jayla make me feel like I was bothering her. Love the service here... love going for sandwiches usually and sushi which is fresh daily, Scott is a great person and seem to alway greet me while waiting for my sandwiches, the ladies at the front are always friendly and very welcoming especially Kat one of the cashiers, Justin the manager is a good manager alway on the go and moving getting thing done, and checking on his employees never to busy to say hi his customers and seeing if they help with any items. This location apparently sucks! My husband just returned from there . He makes his own nut mix which is not inexpensive , but this store did not have one single plastic bag available . He even told the female bagger with multi-colored hair and she only replied "there should be". This was after he'd made the loop around twice. We will never go back to this store with its inept employees. read more

Beautiful store, clean, great customer service, and the staff at the sushi bar is amazing. They made me a special request Sushi roll that was absolutely delicious. Definitely my new favorite store. FYI: I also found Gotham Greens salad dressing at this location. I recommend all my patients use this salad dressing only because it's so clean and it's vegan. read more

I used to go to vitamin shopp but now I only trust Shaunmarie!! she helped me find amazing supplements for me and my daughter! she's amazing and patient and had so much knowledge!! She was so sweet with my daughter and answered all of her silly questions!! The whole store is amazing don't get me wrong! Grand Opening for a much needed Sprouts right off the 303 in Surprise. No more driving to the other end of Surprise for some great fresh produce and grab and go healthy options. There were quite a lot of people, but parking was still easy and greetings at the door friendly. I grabbed a cart and was on my way. While crowded it wasn't to the point where I couldn't easily access items. The store was clean and organized amongst the chaos. They were going samples, had great deli options and I left with s tasty mango salmon poke bowl. They even added spicy Mayo for me, yum. I found quite a few other items and even let me know about the all day 20%. Purchase coupon via app or text. Sweet. The lines to check out were quick and they offer multiple self checkout stands. Delivery, pick up and more available. I loved the farmers market stand out in the parking lot as well. Great first day. read more

This is my second trip to the new store. The worst part of going there is the traffic. It's ridiculous! Now to the good part. Their pies are outstanding. The pie crust tastes like the pies my grandmother made. The fillings are generous and tasty. I'll fight the traffic for my weekly fix. The store is set for convenience and was very busy. I came into to grab a few things to make dinner for this Sunday evening. I had tried to use my card but it was the wrong card so I ran out to grab my other one & realized I had left it at home. I had $48 in cash & $54 was my total. I had asked Justin to remove an item but instead he persisted on paying the difference. That is such a beautiful thing to come by. The pure innocence of a helping human being has touched my heart. I feel beyond lucky and grateful because I have financially been stressed and just something as simple as that is touching. Absolutely love this. Unlike any other Sprouts, and that can cause confusion. They should call it Sprouts Signature, or something. People expecting traditional Sprouts store will be disappointed, but then you realize this is a cross between AJs and Whole Foods and love it. So, I really want to like this place because my fiancé and I are on a plan to eat healthier. I love the food selection and the prices really aren't as bad as they could be(still are pricier, but it is healthier). It's just the service and staff have been so rude. I went in the first time and there was a woman who I think was a manager standing at the front, and she barked at me that the lane I was in just closed. So, I went through a different lane, and as I was leaving, she was still standing by the door watching everyone like a hawk. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, and so I took the time to say, 'Have a good day.' She just stared at me blankly and no response. So, ok- maybe an off day. Then, today I go in with my fiancé. We had a simple question regarding the $10 off $75 for people who just signed up for the rewards, which we did. The first girl said,"I don't know!" Snarkily, then got a manager and the manager was rude as well, saying she didn't know what we were trying to ask. I don't know. The customer service really could be better. I'll give it another shot, but probably one more incident and I'll take my money elsewhere. I just hope they see this and improve the way they speak to customers. read more

What a rip off!!! $7'59 for shampoo and 1 carrot. I go to Baiz Arabic market and Lee Lee Asian market and everything is at least half the price of Sprouts. I eat lamb only and Sprouts lamb is $10.99 per pound!!! Costco is $6.99 and Baiz has domestic for $5.98 and New Zealand for $6.89. Sprouts is really a RIPOFF!!!! read more
