We scheduled an appointment, and were able to complete the registration paperwork online. The staff were very caring, professional, and polite. We saw an amazing nurse practitioner named Brittany. She thoroughly examined my aunt, and prescribed some medication. I am a registered nurse, and I was most impressed! I'd highly recommend this urgent care!!

Just to be doubly sure, I checked my bank statement, and the transaction cleared. So this final notice, and continued assault on my time is less than appreciated. I need someone from billing to contact me, and for this issue to be resolved. The care I received was abysmal. The diagnosis, inaccurate. And now, I am going back and forth over a bill that I already paid. No one answers the billing number, and when you call the direct line all you get are people saying "I can't help with that, let me get you to billing." What a sham.

Dr. Jeffrey Francis came into my room, stood at the door, asked a few questions, never came near me, and said he was going to order an EKG. The EKG was performed and bloodwork was drawn. After an hour of sitting in the exam room, the discharge person came into my room with paperwork. What??? I never even saw the doctor again. I was told that HE HAD "LEFT FOR THE DAY". No conversation, no plan, no results of the EKG, no nothing. Remarkably, today, I read the results of my EKG, which were written by Dr. Francis and they state, "Possible Anterior Myocardial Infarction, PROBABLY OLD." So, this states that I possibly had a HEART ATTACK and it was "PROBABLY OLD"??? This is wrong on so many levels. This "Doctor" "Left for the day" without coming back into my room to talk about this or anything else? Another gentleman then did come in and basically said that he was the guy responsible for damage control when things go awry. Not knowing if I may or may not have had a heart attack, this gentleman stated that their purpose at that facility was to make sure that "you don't die within a week or two". That's GREAT! Perfect business model in a lifesaving position - just give them another week or two of life. Upon reading the results of the visit in my chart, the report is filled with lies written by Dr. Francis. The section "Physical Exam" is especially unsettling, as the doctor never touched my body, as he simply talked to me as he stood next to the door. This is shocking and absolutely unacceptable.

Had an MRI done..it took 6 days for a radiologist to read it. Probably because it was so poorly done. My surgeon took it to the tumor board and it was unanimous to go somewhere else as the slides/results were subpar. Spring Hill MRI alluded stage one. Went to TGH..had an extensive MRI done and read within 24 hours..stage 3. Big difference...and absolutely unacceptable that they were so off. Spoke with billing concerning this issue since I had to have and pay for another. Was told they'd wipe the tiny balance owed but would not refund on the awful MRI done. Of course..I'm still getting bills and will have to waste time to call about it tomorrow. Stay far away from here if you're looking for accurate results.

This Doctor & his Staff did an Amazing job doing their tests with me to find out why my Toric Lens was Blurry! They found the issue & Scare tissue built up over the lens was the problem! I do have a PPO and i've called an ophthalmologist not an optometrist. Read your patients better. She seemed condescending and I can't stomach this type of attitude.
