I can't say I've ever seen customer service on this level. She also was in great spirits and high energy, not annoying high energy but warm...like an aunt. She was able to help me with my FedEx shipment. It doesn't work how it would at a FedEx office ship & print, though I was still able to use my account. I'm not sure if I'll ever be in this town again but I just had to take a moment and shout out Heather! She is a rockstar and I hope she receives the appreciation she deserves. Thanks much!

By 4:30 PM I was still waiting--wasting valuable time when I should have been loading and heading to a delivery. On top of that, the employee present spent the entire time complaining about the owner, even saying the last two paychecks "he didn't pay me on time." Very unprofessional and not reassuring. Because of this location's lack of service and poor management, my business has now suffered delays and unnecessary stress. Not recommended.

He showed my husband all the things he needed to know about running this model of tiller. They provided a trailer for the tiller without it being an "extra charge". They have 1/2 day and full day rentals, and they have different sizes of tillers as well as a wide variety of equipment, including lawn rollers and U-Hauls. Very happy with the service we received.
