This is not the first dentist office in Smyrna I've shared this information with; however, it was the first one where I felt truly listened to. Everyone immediately set about making me feel more at ease and this continued throughout my visit. While the recommended course of treatment was more than I had hoped, it was consistent with what I had expected. I was able to schedule further appointments as my budget allowed and was never pressured to spend more than my budget could handle. My second visit was unexpected due to a broken tooth. Dr. Clay gave me reasonable assessment and when I returned the next day to have the tooth extracted, I was incredibly tense. Again, everyone set about putting me at ease immediately. When I responded to some discomfort from a shot, I felt the assistant hold my hand to comfort me. After the shot, Dr. Clay also reassured me. The procedure was truly pain free and my pain meds got me through recovery. I am VERY happy a Facebook page pointed me in the direction of Village Crest Family Dental!

This was my first visit there along with my husband and son. All of us were impressed. I am absolutely petrified of dental appointments but not here. I am also very picky when it comes to finding a new dentist and this practice gets a 10/10 from my family and me. I know this is a weird thing to mention, however it is a plus for me, but the office doesn't smell like a typical dental office so no PTSD for me Thank you so much to Dr. Schmitt and her staff!
