My sister in law tried to contact them several times to ask why she had to pay more money if she paid in full out of pocket the day of her visit, but couldn't get assistance bc they always promised to call her back with a translator, but never happened, so when i contacted them and tried to address her concerns and explain why she was upset, instead of listening and trying to resolve the issue, I was blamed for not being patient enough and was told that I needed to "calm down."after 3 calls on hold for longer than 10 minutes each where I could clearly hear everything she talked with other patients. Patients deserve clear communication, transparency, and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, that is not what we experienced at this clinic bc they charge her out of pocket and now they says that the insurance didn't cover the rest( they always says that her insurance didn't cover her that's why she used her credit card). This was my first visit there along with my husband and son. All of us were impressed. I am absolutely petrified of dental appointments but not here. I am also very picky when it comes to finding a new dentist and this practice gets a 10/10 from my family and me. The insurance company tells them what the price should be. So they ramp the price way up there, in this case over $1,600 for the procedure. So now the insurance company can say..ok we paid our portion now the rest is on the patient. But that amount left is so high its like the patient is paying for what the proceedure should really cost as if they had no insurance. Never heard of such a thing, the dental office doesn't determine what they charge for work, the insurance company does. Gotta hand it to them, very slick.

The second time I called, I asked for the billing amount from my last appointment, and instead of just telling me, she went on about how much insurance is still waiting to be processed and completely ignored what I was asking for, being entirely rude and cutting me off, and the insurance part was already taken care of on the first phone call. I'm always getting interrogated and cut off. I'm tired of the treatment and type of care, as if all they are looking for is money and not the wellbeing of their customers. I'm currently waiting on the renewal of my insurance and we've already discussed this with the dentist. The insurance will contact them and that is what I'm told by the insurance, but the dentist are constantly asking me to fix the issue. I'm incredibly upset by this type of customer service and hope to see some change. :/
