And I'm so glad I did, for 2 key reasons: 1.) IT WORKS: From a purely functional perspective, the treatment definitely helps keep pests at bay. For the first few weeks after we moved into the house, spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs were nearly everyday occurrences (as they tend to be in Florida). After Royal Palm treated, it felt like we had our house back. We pay for quarterly treatments, and while they offer free interim treatments if we notice an uptick in pests in the home, we've never had to avail ourselves of that offer. If we ever see an insect in the house, it's rare, and they've usually given up the ghost by the time we find them. 2.) CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SPECTACULAR: They always call US to schedule our quarterly treatments, which is a nice perk because I'd never remember. They're always friendly and professional. And our technician (Craig) is a super nice guy. Very efficient, always on time, AND he wears booties over his shoes when he comes into the house, which is such a nice touch. We like to maintain a "shoe-free" home to keep the floors clean, but we don't typically ask guests to remove their shoes because we don't want to make folks feel uncomfortable. So the fact that he wears paper booties over his shoes as a matter of course is just an incredibly thoughtful thing to do. Again, highly recommended!

Long story short: we made the switch after swarms at our house were getting more frequent and our previous pest control company that we had a termite bond with just wasn't cutting it. After the first visit, termite activity completely disappeared for over a year. As you may know, without tenting your home, you can't ever fully get rid of termites, especially living in the Colonialtown neighborhoods. The large majority of older homes deal with it in some capacity. Our last two visits have just been quick spot treatments because of the protection and treatment we got the first time. We only ever have 1 or 2 small sites of activity a year (no more swarmst though), which is a huge improvement from the last company we used. I got a response before 7am and someone was out by 11am. I was impressed by the quick response and showing up on time a couple days before the holiday. Nestor, the tech who came out was friendly, respecting of our home and in my mind conducted one of the most thorough and honest free estimates. We have a pest contract with another company and he suggested we reach out to them as well to see if they would handle, what we thought to be a raccoon as to not violate our contract. He went into the attic (helping me move boxes so we could get into the second attic entrance) and found that it was a rat caught in a trap and it happened to be right on top of our hallway attic entrance flopping around. I was able to call my pest control company and they removed the rat and rechecked entry points and helped seal other potential areas that Nestor pointed out to me during the inspection. I would not hesitate to call them in the future and have reached out regarding a treatment for the attic to neutralize the rat feces.

ABC Home made a in-person consultation with us immediately. Jimmy the representative was so kind and took Covid seriously. He easily identified all our open access points on our home and came up with a decisive plan to help us get rid of our squirrel problem without harming them. Their prices were honest. He even told me a little about their company and made me like them even more. We decided to go with this company and it was a great decision. He immediately got us scheduled as soon as he would with their guy Alex. He came out a few days later and he set up the one way exit and sealed all the holes. We had no squirrel problem within days. After the squirrels were gone he came back and sealed the holes for good. This price also included a one year warranty so I can rest assured. I have had a termite contract with Massey Services for over seventeen years. After removing the overgrowth, I found four termites traps buried under leaf debris and root matting that had not been touched for ???? years. I was never informed by Massey that they could not access the traps and I needed to correct the issue. I called Massey and they said a technician would be out in four days to inspect the traps. They never showed. I called again and they said a technician would be out the following Friday. At 3:45pm Friday I called to see if the technician was still coming, after a brief hold they told me the technician would be there in an hour. They did not show, but I did get a call from a manager that told me she would come out after she closed the business for the day. I told her it was a Friday and I could wait until the following week. She said she would be there Monday morning between 9 and 10 am after she got her crews out. At 11am no show and no calls to explain why. AGAIN I called and they said a technician would be there in a short time. The technician did show up, was very professional and did an extremely through job. I followed her as she checked the termite traps. I was told the traps were serviced this past February 2026. The number of traps that were covered over by thick grass roots and the number of traps that she almost could not pull the bait out due to being root bound was beyond belief. Around 6 of the baits were in fall part state and had to be replaced. I am not sure which technicians had previously performed this service, but I hope they are no longer employed by Massey.

I never agreed to a recurring payment and Joe did not care to make sure that I had the funds on my debit card before he fraudulently charged me. I was told it was ok to return to my home and it was absolutely not ok. First of all the place was trashed, looking like his crew blew the outdoors inside. Half of my home was not cleaned even a little bit so it's covered in dead roaches and lizards, along with their dying excrement. To make the experience complete I had to evacuate my home within hours of my return because there was still tear gas present and my eyes, nose, and lungs were on fire. The icing on the cake was that his crew used my potted plants to weigh their tent down and killed plants I've had for 10 years. They also used paint buckets from my patio and left them scattered about...as well as 2x4 and 4x4s in my yard. Globe damaged my roof with their ladder as well. The final straw is that joes crew STOLE FROM MY PROPERTY. Joe asked me to leave a hose for them to fill their water weights for their tent and these garbage humans stole my $85 hose. Joe was the cheapest quote I got and in this case it's a you get what you pay for situation. Joe has not responded to my request that my hose be returned or replaced. Also his crew left food waste/trash thrown across my front yard as they are too lazy or incompetent to use the trash can 20 yards away in my driveway. GLOBE IS TRASH. Run, don't walk from this shady business and its string bean owner. He is a shady little excuse for a man. Coward Joe won't even return my calls. Again, stay from this trash human and his dog shit business.
