Long story short: we made the switch after swarms at our house were getting more frequent and our previous pest control company that we had a termite bond with just wasn't cutting it. After the first visit, termite activity completely disappeared for over a year. As you may know, without tenting your home, you can't ever fully get rid of termites, especially living in the Colonialtown neighborhoods. The large majority of older homes deal with it in some capacity. Our last two visits have just been quick spot treatments because of the protection and treatment we got the first time. We only ever have 1 or 2 small sites of activity a year (no more swarmst though), which is a huge improvement from the last company we used. All in all, we're happy with the service and recommend them for termite bonds. Every employee that's serviced our home has been on time, professional, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

I got a response before 7am and someone was out by 11am. I was impressed by the quick response and showing up on time a couple days before the holiday. Nestor, the tech who came out was friendly, respecting of our home and in my mind conducted one of the most thorough and honest free estimates. We have a pest contract with another company and he suggested we reach out to them as well to see if they would handle, what we thought to be a raccoon as to not violate our contract. He went into the attic (helping me move boxes so we could get into the second attic entrance) and found that it was a rat caught in a trap and it happened to be right on top of our hallway attic entrance flopping around. I was able to call my pest control company and they removed the rat and rechecked entry points and helped seal other potential areas that Nestor pointed out to me during the inspection. I would not hesitate to call them in the future and have reached out regarding a treatment for the attic to neutralize the rat feces.

We called many places trying to get help with our squirrel problem. We didn't get calls back and when we did we were quoted outrageous dishonest prices. ABC Home made a in-person consultation with us immediately. Jimmy the representative was so kind and took Covid seriously. He easily identified all our open access points on our home and came up with a decisive plan to help us get rid of our squirrel problem without harming them. Their prices were honest. He even told me a little about their company and made me like them even more. We decided to go with this company and it was a great decision. He immediately got us scheduled as soon as he would with their guy Alex. He came out a few days later and he set up the one way exit and sealed all the holes. We had no squirrel problem within days. After the squirrels were gone he came back and sealed the holes for good. This price also included a one year warranty so I can rest assured. I really appreciate this company's service and will be sharing them with everyone.

Called Truly Nolan over a year ago to have my home tented for a major termite infestation they came…read moreout told me that I didn't need to tent the house that the spray they have would work just as well as if it had been tented. They charged me thousands and a monthly fee and I still have a major termite infestation. I called them (which took many days and many calls) before anyone responded when they finally returned my call they said that they would have someone come out and inspect my home again and they would set up a time for tenting the house at no charge. Now they're telling me they want several thousand to tent the house that they should have tented over a year ago. I have been living with a major termite infestation because Truly Nolan either doesn't know what they're doing or they just like to rip people off probably both! I'm now ready to hire an attorney because living with termites is not fun especially with major health issues plus the termites are destroying my home something Truly Nolan could care less about! Don't bother calling them, if you do be careful they will rip you off.

He refunded $135 to me which was the UNUSED portion of my prepaid contract. He said he couldn't do anything about the past performance (like maybe come get rid of the bugs). He wasn't sorry and he offered no explanation for their poor performance. I don't have any better opinion of them than I did before. My advice-don't hire this company. About 6 weeks ago on my last visit, a technician put a sticky insect monitor on my kitchen counter. I sent "JOE" a photo of what was in it. It contains both Palmetto bugs (roaches) and german cockroaches. This is after almost a year of treatment. I really keep my house clean and don't leave food around. I don't know if I just have less tolerance for this crap or they really stink! Maybe both! By the way, I have included the photo I sent"Joe".

They sent a sod co. out to replace grass. Unfortunately, no one from Massey showed up. The job was never completed. We have dealt with inadequate service for over a year. We finally decided to repair our lawn ourselves and hire someone else to maintain it.

I have had a termite contract with Massey Services for over seventeen years. Three weeks ago, I…read moreremoved 30 feet of flower beds within 18 inches of my house that have not been maintained for many years. After removing the overgrowth, I found four termites traps buried under leaf debris and root matting that had not been touched for ???? years. I was never informed by Massey that they could not access the traps and I needed to correct the issue. I called Massey and they said a technician would be out in four days to inspect the traps. They never showed. I called again and they said a technician would be out the following Friday. At 3:45pm Friday I called to see if the technician was still coming, after a brief hold they told me the technician would be there in an hour. They did not show, but I did get a call from a manager that told me she would come out after she closed the business for the day. I told her it was a Friday and I could wait until the following week. She said she would be there Monday morning between 9 and 10 am after she got her crews out. At 11am no show and no calls to explain why. AGAIN I called and they said a technician would be there in a short time. The technician did show up, was very professional and did an extremely through job. I followed her as she checked the termite traps. I was told the traps were serviced this past February 2026. The number of traps that were covered over by thick grass roots and the number of traps that she almost could not pull the bait out due to being root bound was beyond belief. Around 6 of the baits were in fall part state and had to be replaced. I am not sure which technicians had previously performed this service, but I hope they are no longer employed by Massey.
