Quality Landscaping is a full-service company providing lawn care, weed control, and tree and shrub trimming. My lawn is mowed with varied patterns each time Quality Landscaping services it. To prevent damage and tracks, vary the cutting direction each time you mow a Bermuda lawn. Quality Landscaping is expensive; however, for a meticulously maintained lawn, they are a premier service provider in Byron and surrounding areas. They broke the stalks off of multiple potted plants, they trampled my wildflower garden, and they crushed my other flowers. The workers also broke one of my flower pots (and tried to hide it), shattered one of my garden statues, and left dirt all in the pool. They also left trash and roof debris everywhere. I've been finding wrappers, shingles, and nails all over. Not only is that nasty, but I have dogs that run around in the backyard, I can't have nails out there. While I'm happy they are compensating me for what was trashed, I still can't just go get those flowers back. I had grown them from seed and they were just starting to bloom. Very, very disappointed with how careless and unprofessional the workers are.

Then he proceeded to throw out random guess after guess of what was wrong all the while telling me he has never worked on my brand of HVAC and had never even seen one. After a light bit of troubleshooting he told me I had a restriction because he could hear a rattling. Then told me I need a new unit. My unit is brand new and just installed in April 2023! He then continued to criticize the brand of my unit and the people who installed it. He advised he would have to research parts and get back to me. Less than 20 minutes after he left the company called to advise they won't work on my unit. So I'm out time and money and had to deal with a rude person and still have a broken heater. Would not ever recommend this company unless you want to be told you need a new unit or you have the only brand unit they seem to want to work on.
