One day I received a text that my cleaner was in an accident and wouldn't arrive. I found out later that was a lie. She and her family were picked up by ICE and deported though they are not gang members nor criminals. They sent someone else who seemed completely untrained and ill prepared to clean my home. She used an abrasive pad on the stainless steel trim on my custom Elmira stove that permanently scratched the surface. This appliance matches my custom refrigerator, major features of my home. On top of that she did not have a vacuum cleaner. Instead of asking to use my vacuum cleaner she left with the floors still dirty. I hoped that my previous cleaner would return but instead they sent another subpar cleaner who arrived without a vacuum cleaner. I started thinking they are just hiring anyone off of the equivalent of Craigs list. Since then they have done nothing regarding the damage to my appliance. I have asked them 3 times to have their insurance company contact me and haven't heard anything though the damage happened in April.

We were searching Yelp for a business that provides home cleaning. I used Yelp to search my zip…read morecode and send out price requests for those that work in our area. On 2 January, I received a Yelp message from Oscar and I had many questions i.e. price, inclusions, location, etc. I was quoted $90/he with a driving fee of $95. I only needed our bathrooms cleaned, however for $185 I also needed to know what was included, I received that list a day later. I text today at 2pm to confirm the appointment, Oscar Hasegawa responded and stated he "never heard back from me after he messaged the list to confirm". Apparently he skipped the text sent on 5 January at 4:55p confirming the price and again on 7 January at 5:10p confirming the date and time. I would not suggest using this "company", apparently customers are supposed to read this man's mind and provide a specific statement in order to confirm.
