Then when they were done (in one hour for a 1600 square foot house) I told them they hadn't vacuumed the carpet and they said they did but the lines didn't show. I was there. I am not stupid. So they charged me $265 for a one hour rushed job where I had to go back and vacuum myself. They also left my bathroom floor streaky so I had to go back and mop again. When I requested a partial refund the company said they would get back to me in 24 to 72 hours. It has been 5 days and I am still waiting. Run away from this company!

My most recent invoice was about $50 higher than my usual rate because I'd skipped a prior biweekly service (my regular crew wasn't available that week). No one mentioned the surcharge in advance - the invoice arrived after the cleaning was complete, and I had to reach out to ask why. That should be communicated up front. My biggest concern is how the owner, Marissa, handles problems. When a crew member has caused minor damage to a wall or appliance, her default is to route it through her insurance rather than address it directly with her team. I wasn't looking for a claim - I was asking for a constructive conversation with the crew so it wouldn't happen again. That's a basic expectation of any service business. There are plenty of cleaning services in the area with clearer communication and more consistent teams. I'd look elsewhere.

In the corner was a pile of insulation on the window sill which I thought was blowing from the ceiling vents. The worker inspected the vents which were clean then he took my blinds off the window carefully and discovered an insect made hole that was were the insulation was being pushed out of the the worker told me he had had a similar problem and gave me instructions and showed me which product to buy from Home Depot.
