I even got a lot of coworkers, family members, and friends to buy a membership. When I returned to the gym my key fob stoped working while I was still getting charged, I got it a new one and after a week it "stopped working". Almost like they didn't want me there wich was understandable and I figured my membership was revoked. Come to find I've been getting charged to this day and I gotten a 20 dollar up-charge on top of my monthly charge, I lost over 500 dollars and when I notified Scott he essentially told me he couldn't do nothing about it and I should've told him sooner. Even when I explained what happened they said "no you probably were in the red zone" because my key fob stopped working "but then everything was good" yea I went to get a new one that stopped working right after. When someone's key fob stops working repeatedly and you get random bs charges you don't just say sorry . I joined anytime because I had no time to workout other than late at night and in order to get help I have to call out of work and when I tried to call nobody would answer. Hopefully you find a better place to work out that actually cares for their community and not their pockets. Do better Scott

I was charged a late fee because my credit card expired. For 8 days. I didn't use the gym for the 8 days my card was expired. I wasn't even in the state. They could have simply deactivated access until it was resolved, but they opt to get the late fee revenue in the name of "convenience" to their customers.

My child had such a fun time doing the free time, obstacle course and the climbing the wall. There is a ton of seating off to the side of the gym/course to observe. They also have bathrooms and drinking fountains - you'll definitely get thirsty if you are running around the course! They offer weekly classes, one off classes and parties! They have birthday parties and day passes along with parents night out and summer and spring break camps. My kids were also excited to sign up for their seasonal classes including painting and gymnastics. The monthly family membership is only $45 which was cheaper than my single gym membership. They offer a military discount too, so we pay $36 a month for a family of 4. Workout classes are included and you get a discount on the kids' activity classes like gymnastics and swim lessons. Also, the free community food truck For the Love of NWA parks here on Mondays 530-630 for free dinner! Check this place out!

I…read moreenjoyed meeting other members at mixers, playing on tennis leagues, experimenting with padel, and getting my butt kicked in pickleball tournaments! The facilities are top notch -- but for me, what really sets Matrix apart is the quality of tennis instructors. For years, I played tennis in pain. I'd voiced this concern to coaches at other clubs but none could offer a sustainable solution or precisely diagnose what was causing it. But, Matt at Matrix was able to break down my form and identify the issues. Needless to say, I had some deeply rooted bad habits that needed correction. Through roughly 10 lessons, Matt patiently gave me cues-- one at a time-- so I could focus on fixing that specific element. He listened to my feedback and phrased things in different ways until I understood his recommendations, and could implement them repeatedly. Now, for the first time, I'm playing pain-free, and I've substantially improved my consistency. Life-changing.

One of the things I appreciate most is the availability of classes throughout the day--it makes it easy to stay consistent, no matter what your schedule looks like. The coaches bring great energy, and there's a strong sense of community that's motivating and supportive. It's clear that the program is designed to deliver results, and it does! That said, one thing I've found a bit tough is the rigidity of the structure. While I understand the value of group cohesion, there doesn't seem to be any flexibility for accommodations for individual needs during class. For instance, you are not permitted to do any exercise other than what the group is doing, even if you are listening to your body and trying to avoid burnout or injury. Or, I sometimes need to stretch and will do that while the instructor is explaining the next exercise but you are required to stand up and keep moving. I know when I need to push and when I need to adjust and a workout facility and trainers should not only understand that but should be there to provide other options as well!

Their intention is to create a community vibe. As members, we need to go with that flow to make it real. I like it. I recommend Burn of Bentonville.
