I am not one to write a review without experiencing everything, but this place did not meet the…read morefancy when I walked in. The equipment looked older, mostly beat up treadmills and stair climbers. I waited for about 5 minutes before someone popped out to ask me if I needed anything, since they have no one at the front door, and no bell for service, and all I wanted to do was ask about pricing. The manager on duty told me that they do not discuss pricing until they show you the facility, and discuss everything that they have to offer with you. I live a few minutes from this place, and it would be an ok place for me to go and work out, but I can NOT trust a business that cannot be upfront about their prices. I do not care about the tour, the faciltiy, or meeting the trainers there to discuss my heatlth when all I want to do is find a place I can work out and go home. There is a YMCA in Wilmerding only a few miles from where this gym is located. Although not fancy or 24/7 I would suggest going to a place you know is going to tell you the pricing up front, and what they have to offer without wasting all of your time. More than likley is a yearly membership taken down to montly payments and required time frames like any other place.

I was intimidated at first, but I quickly learned that CFS is the most amazing community of people where, regardless of your fitness level or age, you feel welcomed and encouraged. In only a few months, my body has become stronger and leaner and I have developed a mental fortitude that I never realized I could possess. The owner Kevin and the coaches Clint, Katie & Alek are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging. I look forward to learning what else I am capable of doing.

The gym is conveniently located off of Route 30 in a shopping plaza, so there is plenty of parking available. The gym itself is huge! The gym is broken up into different sections to accommodate different exercise equipment, trainings, and classes. I enjoy this because it adds a touch more privacy for nervous beginners who don't want the entire gym watching them. There are numerous treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, and step climbers available. I doubt that anyone would have trouble finding an open piece of equipment due to the large number and variety of options to choose from. I particularly like that they have a bunch of tv screens that you can connect to, so you can watch tv while burning calories. There seems to be an ample amount of free weights for those who like to focus on strength and know how to properly use the weights. This may not be an ideal gym to go to if you're a big body builder, but the variety of weights would accommodate the average individual looking to stay in shape. The locker room was also very impressive. Modern and clean lockers and benches are provided along with showers and hair dryers for those who want to workout before work. The locker rooms are large and can accommodate a lot of people. I'm happy that I joined this gym, and look forward to visiting regularly to stay fit and healthy.

Myofitness was employed by my company to provided workouts for the employees. I very much enjoyed…read morethese brief but worthwhile workouts with Myofitness' staff. They were very attentive to showing us the correct way to work out, and were enthusiastic in their efforts to involve everyone. More than just a workout was provided - we had discussion on our diets over the week as well as stress reduction techniques to use while at work. Video links were provided to us to view at home and to encourage us to workout outside of the work workouts. Overall, I was very satisfied with Myofitness.
