After the event, they provided us and our guests a custom website link that show cased all our digital photos in case we wanted to post them anywhere or if guests didn't get a physical copy. I told her it was fine we could print them when she came to pick up the photobooth. When she got to my house, not only did her and her boyfriend barge into the party to pick up her photobooth, she completely ignored me and my family asking for the printed photos, she said she had to leave and was going to come in the morning and do it. The next morning she sent me an apple request for $300 extra, which was not the correct amount to be charged extra (as she said extra 1 hour was $200, and it was 2 hours extra). I texted her back telling her she would get paid the extra when my prints were delivered. After she half ass delivered my photos she called me "disrespectful" for calling her a scam, but she didn't even print all my photos!! Although she did half her job which probably costed her nothing to print those pictures, I had sent her extra money I owed and she said she would mail the rest of the photos she forgot to print. This review is coming a week later, I still haven't received all my prints and Dana scammed me an extra $200 on top of what I had already paid. I regret getting her for my bridal shower. There are so many better photobooth companies I have worked with.
