While other vendors try to add on extra fees since it's a last minute booking, Manny offered to work with our school budget to give back to school community! This is when a business truly shows how they care for their community and their business ethics. Besides this kind gesture, on the day of the event, everything went off without a glitch. Service - Arrived on time, professional onsite personal, set up and take down all done in a timely manner. You can select background and printout design ahead of the event. It is really unfortunate that this business has 5 stars. It is definitely misleading! When I booked this vendor for my wedding I was looking forward to the excellent service everyone was raving about. Having a wedding is the biggest event that will happen during your lifetime, and it should be documented as such. What I was promised: a photo booth that was big enough to comfortably fit 10 people. Two attendants; one to control the photo booth itself, and one to be in charge of the photo album (escorting people the the album and having the sign the book and post their photos). After speaking with Manny, I was assured that for an extra $140 I would have an extra attendant and an amazing photo album filled with photos and guest warm wishes and signatures. After hearing this, I opted out of having a guest book because I thought I would have an even better item full of memories. What we got: 2 rude attendants, who directly came to me in my wedding dress and gave attitude when I asked them to get set up outside on our patio of the venue. Multiple of my guests also informed me after the wedding that they were very unpleasant to them as well. A photo booth which BARELY fit 4 people in comfortably. The main reason for my review is the HORRIBLE memory book that I received. I was CONVINCED to spend and extra $140 for an extra attendant and supplies for the memory book. I even remember asking Manny "$140 seems like a lot, I can buy my supplies myself at Michael's for cheaper and set up my own book" he says "it's better so you don't have to worry about anything else and there will even be an extra attendant there having people sign the book and putting it together for you." After speaking with my guests, not one of them was told about the book by the attendant, they happened to see it. And when they did, they were given old, crusty dried out markers to sign with. The result was barely 6 pages of photos throw into a plastic sleeve at random, and some even taped to the outside of the plastic with 5 signatures. I'm offended that this little care went into my memory book when this is all I have from my guests, since I was convinced it would be great and decided not to do a guest book. When I reached out to Manny about it, he asked his attendants what happened. They had the nerve to blame my guests for the reason my book was so hideous!! They stated my guests were grabbing pages and messing them up because they were intoxicated. This is beyond insulting when I paid $140 for you to be in charge and make me a nice book. You work weddings for a living and should be used to intoxicated guests. The extra attendant I supposedly paid for could have at least made it look nice and put together, instead of sending me home with a crappy book for memories. He said he will refund me 50% off and send a check in the mail. That was 11 days ago and still I have not received anything. 50% off is ridiculous when my chance for a memory book is long gone and I will never get it back. Honestly the whole thing is offensive, and my husband and are are upset that we didn't have a guest book now. Or we could have supplied our own product for only $15 at Michaels which would have turned out better. read more

When you're producing, you're trying to think of everything that everyone else isn't thinking of and how to make it happen. If you get it wrong, there's always another take orreshoots. When you're planning your wedding, you've got one shot to get it right. You need vendors who are partners and handle their end of the bargain including the thinking. I sent out a request for quote to 10 companies in this industry and while they all replied via email, Manny is the only one who proactively called me and offered his experience and suggestions. Mind you, this was days after the RFQ went out and I wasn't even considering Treasured Photo Booths at this point. Manny understood how to manage for huge cultural wedding and immediately took ownership "what needs to be done." TPB was not the least nor most expensive, they had a solidly acceptable rate. The customer care was outstanding. The setting at ease was top notch. They'll be at any and all events I'm in charge of. Do yourself a favor and hire them for yours! read more

Treasure Photo Booths worked our wedding this past weekend. They offer some good looking booths and great services at reasonable prices. We booked the vintage booth which is enclosed and has a screen on the exterior which can be programmed to show a slideshow of the customer's preference. We met with Manny a couple of times before the event and he was very accommodating in making sure everything was ready to go for our event. They came to set up the booth before the event and attended it throughout the night. Our theme was vintage and they brought props that weren't campy that met the motif. They provided frames for our guests and a template that framed the photos with the event information. Once the night was over, they gave us a USB stick with all of the pictured for the evening. We rented their beautiful photo booth for 5 hours and it was a HUGE hit with all of our guests - even our generally 'reserved' family members and friends were hopping in to snap photos and take advantage of the multitude of whimsical props that were available beside the booth!
