Mrs. Cain- Preemptively enrolled my children in this daycare even though my ex and I share 50/50 custody and everything went down hill from there. ( They are only profit driven at least at this location) The kids continue to tell me that there is never any soap refilled in the dispensers and therefore my children were coming home sick every other week because basic safety features were not followed. Moving forward- The accounting department knew we were 50/50 custody and I asked a number of times to type up two different accounts so my ex (The FBI Special Agent) and I can keep our billing different. Things got progressively worse here and we came to a head when Mrs. Cain didn't know my children's whereabouts, even though they ride the CLA busses. How is this safe?? I own and operate a small business myself and I would never care for my patients the way CLA care for their children and respective families. I am a doctor and I am appalled that Mrs. Cain did not follow the divorce decree from day 1 and went by the verbal consent of my ex Mr. FBI Special Agent. I cannot speak any worse of this facility. My girls were called into the office and nothing was ever documented if it made the center look bad. Clearly, this business is profit driven and I will not cower to speak my mind just because my ex-husband Mr. FBI SPECIAL AGENT TRIED TO TRUMP ME and the school didn't follow our divorce decree. Ironically- Mrs. Jaimie Cain has stepped down and now they are under a different management. Firstly, My daughter has been sick from this daycare since the start of going here. Multiple times a month she would bring something home, which isn't normal at all. I took her to the ER 6 times and she had been sick or gotten a terrible rash 15 times since she started. (A span of 8 months) my daughter had a yeast infection and it was almost fully healed when I dropped her off at daycare. When I picked her up her skin was peeling off and she had blisters. I had to start the process of healing all over again because of their negligence. I asked them to change her every hour and they didn't listen to me. When I asked about it they said they just "didn't log the times they changed her in between". I got calls up to 3 times a week every week because something was wrong, or I needed to come get her, or they would diagnose her with some illness that they're not authorized to even do. I went to the dr. Multiple times because of them not letting her come to daycare due to them self diagnosing her and not letting her come to daycare. On another note, I have picked my daughter up and many times where someone would tell me how they fed her their own personal food for lunch and how much she loved it. THINGS I DID NOT BRING OR AUTHORIZE ...SHARING THEIR FOOD OFF THEIR FORKS TO MY CHILD!!! I also picked her up one time and her teacher asked me if she was allergic to anything.. I said no, why? She continued to explain to me that she had just given my 13 month old a bite of her sonic strawberry milkshake, and didn't think about her being allergic to it until after she gave her a bite. The woman who runs the daycare (Samantha) would tell me how she shared her Chick-fil-A salad with her for lunch... another worker told me how much Scarlett loves pineapple, Olive Garden salad dressing, AND DONUTS. That right there in itself breaks so many codes that this place should honestly be shut down. They also sent her home very dirty every day. They NEVER wiped her face, even when she was sick so many times, I would pick her up with dried snot all over her face. When I had picked her up when they were playing outside she always had dirt all in her fingernails, all over her face.. she had been eating the dirt and sticking wood chips in her mouth. I asked about this and told them to please not let her eat the dirt and wood chips and her teacher replied by saying that "they give them snack outside and sometimes she drops it and picks up dirt and eats that instead." ... I wish I was making this up.. why are they giving toddlers snack outside? They could so easily choke on things so I'm not sure why they're standing up, outside eating their snacks while running around and playing. This daycare is also supposed to take photos everyday of your child, they won't. And when they do submit a photo of them 9 times out of 10 there's a teacher in the background, ignoring the toddlers, on their cellphones. I can't count how many times I picked my daughter up to see both teachers on their cell phones. She would come home everyday exhausted, and very unhappy, I thought it was just because she was tired.. nope. When she started at her new daycare I noticed she's the happiest I've ever seen her, and that lasts until bedtime.. at the other daycare I would pick her up and she was immediately in a terrible mood for the rest of the night. Unfortunately this makes me realize she wasn't treated right..I can't even imagine how she was being treated and I feel awful for sending her here. I've heard them yell at my baby for trying to get something off the counter, and I'm talking yelllll. I should've known to leave then and there but I just didn't and I deeply regret it. She would come home with scratches and bruises and bite marks EVERYDAY!! and apparently every time no one had known what had happened to her. Every time I tried to call or get in contact with the daycare they either didn't answer the phone or when they did it was clear they didn't want to be bothered. And I got the same treatment when and If I had a special request for her... i would be told they would do it for her and then find out they didn't do it at all. I'm really sorry for the long message but parents need to know this before deciding to send their kids to this daycare. It's filthy and the people who work there are negligent and breaks so many codes.. it might be the cheapest option but it's far from the best. We're at a daycare now that is so clean, feeds her three meals a day including snack, and I have access to all the cameras so I can view her at any time of the day now, and they are going to teach her sign language and Spanish. All for $60 more than apex. Please if you care about your babies, look into other options before sending them here.

Hopefully this will help the owner train their managers in customer service. I registered and paid for our team over a month ago and have been trying to contact ​t​he organization for the past two weeks. Despite leaving multiple messages, I did not receive a call back from anyone. Finally, on Monday, I spoke with a staff member ​(who was there working during spring break only) who said she could not assist me directly but would pass along my information for a return call. When I still had not heard back after two days, I called again today. I was informed that the spring schedule was already underway. I clarified that the schedule was supposed to begin this weekend and provided my name. The representative then saw my message and explained that there were not enough teams signed up in the 2017 division. Had I been informed of this sooner, I would have requested that our team be placed in the 2016 division or asked for a refund to explore other options. I spoke with Isahia, the manager, who was very apologetic but stated that he could not resolve the issue. As of now, I have not heard from ​the Director Daniel. Now I get the pleasure of telling 12 sets of parents that there will be no league for the boys this spring.

They currently have a "one parent per player" policy which leaves all other relatives and spectators waiting for them to get their camera system up an running... a promised amenity that I'm not holding my breathe for. As far as the poor design... all the "stands" enter and exit all into one area at the entrance exit so anytime a game is letting out its complete chaos. In the middle of this poorly designed chaos... the staff is either ignorant or belligerent. Today I saw one of the "staff" people named "Christian" (who's mom apparently runs the place) yell at a coach for opening a door to help keep his players safe. Apparently Christian was in charge of opening the door and was not happy that someone overstepped his authority. He was so passive aggressive in yelling at the coach. I was embarrassed for him and upset that he didn't see that the coach was looking out for the safety of the young boys. Overall... save your money and go find another place to play... or rather... don't play at all and put your money in the garbage... it would be a better investment. I will never have any of my kids associated with any league that chooses to play here again. Such a waste of money.

Friendly staff who are very professional. My daughter has just started attending here a few weeks ago and so far she's enjoying it. Probably one of the only few preschool I've found that aren't afraid to disclose the tuition fees upfront online and are a very organized church preschool who have their curriculum together. They are involved in other outside organization such as additional sports activities and also has scholastic book clubs that I take advantage of. No complaints so far and as long as my daughter is enjoying school, I will give 5 stars.
