Absolutely no help and her lack of concern for the fish conditions makes me wary about purchasing anything from there. Ended up going to another store that had incredible service and I now have a wonderful set up. Would NOT recommend this place and certainly wouldn't ever spend a dime here out of principle.

Not my favorite but I can see the attraction. With a large bounce area, games, sky walk (they call…read moreropes course) and slides there is much to enjoy but it would depend on the size of your party and age of the child/ children. The bounce area is awesome, but I wish they had mirrors on the backside/ ceiling so caregivers can still watch the kiddos from the floor, otherwise if you're a spectator there are blind spots all over and you're suppose to by another entry fee if you enter any of the play areas. The backside of the bounce area has wall climbing and obstacles for teens, or really tall kids able to make the reach, and I like the large soft basketball area. The sky walk SAYS 48" to participate on the sign but their tape (where the kids measure the height) is well above the 48", unless all other doctors' offices height markers are wrong and Catapult is the measuring authority, but that was disappointing particularly when it appeared the staffer was picking and choosing who had to get measured. Kids notice everything, especially any perceived favoritism or injustice. We went on a weekend, and it was so loud and packed with birthday parties that highlighted a few issues I'd recommend considering. - There are not enough shoe cubbies, shoes were stacked in piles all over the place leaving an impression of disorganization. - Food was everywhere! Kids were running around with slices of birthday cake, icing fingers, plates etc. recommend sectioning off areas were food and drink may be consumed and placing obvious trash bins nearby. The outside was equally full of trash, but it was a windy day and that could have just blown in from another location. -Ensure the height requirement posted is the same as what's enforced. Overall, an ok spot if guardian is going to participate with the child in the ball pit or other soft spaces but I recommend going when big kids are at school. For the big kids, this is good for the 8-10 yr range when they are tall enough to participate in all activities.

Parking was easy (around $6) and all of the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly! The park is pretty small, but easy to navigate and pretty clean. There's about 5 rides, a playground, and a splash zone. We did all the rides and some time in the playground, which took around 2ish hours. They also do free shows with Peppa that were fun and covered from the heat! I took one star off due to the price. The ticket was expensive ($30ish) for such a small park and the food/drinks were expensive too. Luckily, you can bring your own food and drinks, which is what we did!

However, my little one switched from being in the area for little ones to the other area to run, go down the slides and jump around on the trampolines. He definitely had a great time playing and running around. The young lady who was in charge of the birthday party did a phenomenal job in ensuring everything ran smoothly. They have a standard day pass for $22.99, which is only 90 minutes of play time. An all-day pass that's $29.99, which you can play up until close, and they also offer a basic membership of $21.99 per month for 90 minutes of play, a 20% discount at their Café and VIP membership $24.99 per month for two hours, and you also receive 20% discount at their Café and party discount, and you can add in a parent for $9.99. We had filled out forms the night before but apparently it hadn't gone thru due to some glitch so they helped make the process smooth to get it filled out and having fun quickly. The little bit of a line moved smoothly and quickly. They gave us some black altitude socks, but in the facility I did see kids wearing regular socks and urban air socks. The only time I saw a staff member get on to kids about socks was if they didn't have any on at all. I enjoyed the openness of the facility, that way if you have more kids to adults you can kind of have parents spread out and be able to keep an eye on everyone/everything going on. Though with our set up for the party we went too it was pretty much one adult to kid, but good to know if your coming with siblings or kids with their friends on a get out of the house day. My sons personal favorite area was the diving area, and the foam pit. For staff on the floor there was someone observing the dive/foam area, running this spin type thing and maybe someone at the wall at the back of the dive area. I didn't see anyone at the regular trampoline side or the dodge ball or battle spot. The latter of those two I felt like there should have been, particularly when the parent hosting the party said we should have had one of the dodge ball areas to ourselves and tried to rally the group to do it together to no avail. As for the party part things seemed to run a bit late. The over head announcements are hard to hear in part due to loudness, echo and such. That is understandable but I can see someone missing the party part if they couldn't hear announcements and an adult with the party isn't walking around to try to locate everyone. The provided party host pretty much was non existent during much of our party. Was there for less than 5 putting pizza on half the kids plates and a couple parents had to step up to make sure the other half of kids got pizza. Then again only showing up to reprimand the mom for using candles if I overheard it correctly. Like either a staff member was supposed to for insurance or no candles at all ... not sure but it was pretty much parent run. We didn't see much of the clean up as we ran our goodie bag to the car and I helped keep eyes on kids as other parents went to put goodie bags in cars. Once things open back up and we feel good about going back out, we will consider checking it out again to meet up with some of the kids friends.

They do have arcade games that put a $5 charge on your card no matter if you only played one round (supposed to be only $1), Hurricane Simulator, and a non-working Marvel Photo Booth. Once the charge actually cleared, I was charged $6.10! Per game. I definitely got scammed and am disputing the charges. Regardless, staff were all friendly and I'm so glad Altitude is open at 11am during the week (unlike UrbanAir). The online scheduler allowed passes to be bought starting at 10am though, so that needs to be fixed. Also there are STILL parts of the trampoline park that are closed off! I have to assume still broken but I don't know for a fact why.
