Captain Layne was amazing, 10/10. We've done lots of fishing and charters over the years and Captain Layne gave us one of our most epic experiences ever!! He had all the P's....Polite, Professional, Punctual, and most importantly Put Us on the Fish! We went offshore hoping to come home with plenty of red snapper and grouper and we did just that. Capt. Layne of Snapper Addict knows where the fish are and won't waste your time. He teaches you how to do it as well so you become a better angler. He has a great boat and is very laid back and a truly happy guy to be around. He cleans your fish and sets you up for some great meals at home. My girlfriends brother took us on a family fishing trip on our Florida vacation. Cpt. Layne was no doubt the best guide. Very knowledgeable and hard working. I booked a charter with snapperaddict with my cousin new to town. It didnt take long to start landing fish in our first spot. Snappers and groupers were firing. After observing our experience level, Captain Layne spent more time helping my cousin who was on his first charter. My cousin ended up with the catch of the day, a giant king mackerel! Captain Lane took my family of 6 out for a great time of offshore fishing in June 2018. We still talk about our trip to this day! We caught lots of different fish and were able to have them cooked for us at a local restaurant. My boys and I have gone out with Captain Layne a number of times now and he has always put us on fish. Our most memorable trip was catching a giant grouper. Had a great time with Captain Layne. Unfortunately the weather didn't work out for us due to a storm in the gulf, but Captain Layne had a backup plan and we were able to catch a bunch of spanish mackerel. We had 2 teenagers with us and Layne was patient with them and helped them have a good time. Would definitely recommend him. read more
