I like that they use gel and not acrylic powder to do your fills and the shape is amazing. However when it came time to my design I showed them the one I wanted and they said they couldn't do it because it was too intricate (it was a plaid design) my second choice was one with random lines that looked a little like splatter, they said that one was too difficult so I picked something easy just to be done. Two days after the fill the gel polish started to chip and the shine wore down and left the nail dull. I was very disappointed in not being able to get the design I wanted and then even more unhappy when the polish started to chip.
