Ginille was the only person I ever trusted to touch my face for a couple of years! I started seeing…read moreher in 2022, back before the office expanded and added additional injectors and nurses. At the end of 2024, I went back for lip filler (my third time getting lip filler, but my first time not being treated directly by Ginille). I received half a syringe using a different filler and technique than what Ginille had previously used. I completely understand that approaches can vary but this experience was very painful. I remember thinking at the time that I wouldn't come back, because I knew it didn't need to hurt that much. Unfortunately, that appointment was about 15 months ago, and I've had a white scar on my upper left lip ever since that appointment that hasn't gone away. I'm including a couple of photos and a short video for reference. It's more noticeable when my lips are moving. This review is overdue, and I wasn't planning on posting this, but it came back up after a facial I had yesterday when the scar was noticed, again. I had hoped it would fade over time, but it hasn't, and now I'm concerned about what it might look like if I get a lip filler touch up ahead of my wedding. I really loved Ginille and trusted her to bring on capable injectors, but unfortunately this wasn't my experience. I certainly am not expecting for perfection, but I consider a scar-less treatment pretty much the bar minimum. Looking back at my emails, I believe the injector who treated me was named Lauren.

Get ready to provide full medical history, to people that aren't doctors and are not required to abide by HIPAA. There's a reason that medical providers are required to follow HIPAA. It's Confusing to me, why they need all of your personal medical information, all of your medication, and all of this information for a simple facial. Especially when they don't protect your personal information. Do not waste your time or money coming to this location.
