The staff at the shop are slow and appear to be learning. After 2 services that each lasted about 40 plus minutes, I could not take any more pain. Training the staff would show up in quick, efficient, and comfortable services. This is not the staff's fault, but management for not training & inspecting their team. Overall, I do not recommend this place for hair removal - it painful, long & confusing with pricing/membership that the team doesn't even understand.

You check in and within minutes someone is calmly spreading hot wax on you like they're frosting a cake. A cake that is unfortunately attached to your shoulders. Then comes the rip. Somewhere deep inside, my inner Greek barbarian wants to roar and run back into the mountains. Instead I sit there quietly thinking, "Ah yes... this is how the modern man suffers."
