I have worn jewelry for years and take excellent care of it. I only wear my jewelry when I am not doing things that could damage it. I wore the ring FOR ONE WEEK and it broke. Completely. After I spoke with another professional jeweler, he said the artisan should have known it would break. It will cost one and a half times what I paid to fix it! So, I contacted this jewelry store and the owner agreed to take it back. But when I followed all the directions she gave to the letter, I heard nothing for weeks, I sent it back and nothing. Finally, I came home to my broken ring returned to me and a refusal to assist me further. For someone to run a business like this is beyond me. If I treated customers this way, I would never have customers. I hope to spare anyone being treated this way. If you are on vacation, beware this venue.

He and the rest of the staff immediately helped me not only with the synthetic oil selection, but new wiper blades because mine were hashed. Yeah, the wiper blades aren't cheap, but they never are no matter where you go and Demarion not only installed those in a snap, but also got his hands dirty getting the oil into my little grocery getter until I can get her in for an oil change. Fast, friendly, and super professional, Demarion is a great example of excellent customer service blended with compassionate care for his customers. Thanks for the help, kiddo!
