I've actually been here before about a year ago and didn't really care for the mani/pedi I received at the time. It really goes to show you it depends on the technician that tends to you. I really can't speak about acrylics, fill ins, sns, or any of the other options they offer ( because there are several more) only that I got a regular mani/ pedi and HUANG is excellent. He was very meticulous with my cuticles which shows me he cares about his work. He was polite and friendly. I loved the color I picked and he did a great job on both. There's ample seating, with nice decor and I was taken care of right away as a walk-in. It was Thursday around 1pm, I got lucky because soon after it started getting busy. I have been going to Snazzy's for over a decade. The past year has been bad. They told me to stop removing gel myself because my nails were damaged. I was only have gel removed by them and they had been damaging my nails to the point of pain. I finally went back two weeks ago for gel manicure. I told the man I only wanted two coats of that color so it would be sheer. He refused saying three coats would make it perfect. I said I don't want that but he did it anyway. I have multiple family members there and didn't want to cause a stink. Once he finished he asked how I liked them and I said I wanted two coats I do not like them. He did not speak good enough English to understand and the woman next to him that did speak English did not help at all. Being it was late I called when I came home because it bothered me so much how thick my nails were and the color I didn't like and left a message. No one ever called me back. I will never go again. They do not care about your nail health and do not listen to customers. I went elsewhere to have the gel removed. I should not have to pay $100 for my nails to be disappointed and not listened to. It was my mistake for not saying something right then. He was insistent and refused to listen to me and I felt bulldogged. That was my mistake. read more

This is now my go to nail place. I had a spot in Richmond Hill, but quality and service deteriorated over the years. I had a spot downtown, but didn't enjoy parking restrictions. Then I went to a spot on Victory. Their customer service towards my family went downhill after a few visits. The first time I came by, I was noticed immediately. I was a walk in but they accommodated me within 5 minutes. They require everyone who enters to wash hands before even being helped. I witnessed them sanitize the stations after every use, and they spaced us all out. The building itself is very specious, so you can safely social distance. read more

I have gone to snazzy nails three times, and the first two times it was *okay*....the salon was clean and very close to home but the staff always made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I was rushed through every time; when getting SNS French, the technician complained to me I didn't tell him to use gel polish on top of the SNS for the color aspect of the French tip (but that's his job), my nails would break so easily and quickly, and the most recent visit, my nails were not applied correctly, so they were curved and broke three days after having them done. I had to make an appointment to have it fixed but then was charged for it. There are a few technicians that were very kind but a few that were not and didn't value quality in their work. Overall, I think there are better quality salons in Pooler that are worth the drive and the extra money if you can swing it! read more

Clean, professional, quick when I needed to leave. I'll be going back!! I raced in one day because I had an hour to get my nails done for my engagement pictures. You know life had me busy but the people accommodated me. Yes they rushed to get me out on time, but can I say my nails have NEVER looked better. I love having my nails and go often so this was my first time trying out Snazzy. Dangggggg they do good. They're polite, clean, and have a great selection. This was my go to nail salon for years even after I moved further away. However this week I've called 5 times to try and make an appointment (they've always told me they prefer that because of how busy there are and to avoid a long wait time) and they've hung up on me and every time!!! The service at my last few visits has been outstanding - I am always greeted immediately and never have to wait (when I've made an appointment). Each time I leave with beautiful nails and toes! I even went in one day to fix a chip from a recent appointment and they covered free of charge. Since I am new to the Savannah area, I am on the hunt for a new nail salon and manicurist to be loyal to. Unfortunately, this one probably won't be it. I look for a quiet, calm atmosphere and a manicurist that is friendly, efficient, and excited to talk to me everytime I come in. While this place is very quiet and welcoming visually, my manicurist was not. Chris was perfectly nice but was very uninterested in making a connection. He was constantly distracted talking and coordinating with the front desk woman in making other appointments for him while he was to be working on my nails. When he was working on my nails, he complained when I asked for short oval nails- stating that it was a pain to do because it was hard to file for him. It was literally in his job description. Everyone was so nice and everything was so clean and snazzy! Someone offered me something to drink as soon as I sat down. My sister and I came here thinking it looked nice but it was way over priced and they did a shitty job on my gel and they missed a step on her gel nails and hers peeled off after two days!!!!!!! The owner was the one who did my nails and he was interrupted every two minutes to confirm every new apt and he did a bad job shaping my nails and they are really not neat and there were sharp edges I had to file off when I got home from the top dealing gel coat. Although they were very busy, Elizabeth made me feel as though I was the only person there. I did not feel rushed at all. I had to wait an hour before being taken care of, despite seeing many women coming in after me being taken care of before me. Although the customer service was okay, i left feeling dissatisfied.
