I was fully prepared to pay. The issue was the attitude and the dishonesty. Instead of taking responsibility for the miscommunication, the staff repeatedly insisted that I had misunderstood, spoke to each other in another language while smirking and laughing, and made the situation uncomfortable and disrespectful. That behavior alone was enough for us to leave. Mocking or insulting customers in another language is immature and unacceptable. We wasted our time and left feeling disrespected. I will not support a business that changes prices after the fact and treats customers this way. To make matters worse, the salon had an overwhelming chemical odor that caused an immediate headache within the short time we were inside. She gets both a mani and a pedicure and I get a pedicure. Initially my nail tech was not the best. My wife informs the owner and then she (Nancy) proceeds to take over and WOOOOOW.......What a major difference. Not only was the pedicure enjoyable, she was very sociable, funny, and attentive to my feet. That made my day. Lana was the nail tech for the Mrs. And from the jump she was incredible. My wife throughly enjoyed Lana. She was also attentive, sociable and thorough with her feet. Ginra was the nail tech for the Mrs. Manicure and she did an amazing job as well. Despite the start to my pedicure, it ended well, but it showed me that a great owner knows how to get down and dirty to ensure customer satisfaction. Needless to say we will return. Thanks again to Mrs. Nancy, Ms. Lana, and Ms. Ginra!!!

When it came time to pay, I was told one of the girls would be $35 and the other $65. When I asked why, I was told it was because my older daughter got gel polish. I clarified that she did not, and another staff member confirmed she hadn't. Despite that, I was told the price would still be $65 because she is "bigger." I have no issue paying more based on age if that's clearly communicated upfront, but this was not the case. When I questioned the pricing, a scene was made -- multiple employees came over, speaking to each other and to me, which made the situation uncomfortable and unnecessary. To make matters worse, less than an hour later, the polish on my oldest daughter's toes was already peeling off. Overall, the pricing felt inconsistent and poorly explained, the atmosphere became uncomfortable, and the experience did not match what was advertised or expected.
