On 8/7/26, my wife and I walked into the salon for two pedicures. A man at the front counter asked us to take a seat and wait. About two minutes later, while we were looking through the service book, he told us someone was ready for us. We were still deciding which pedicures to get because we had dinner reservations later and wanted to make sure we had enough time. After standing there for another couple of minutes while we decided, he told us, "There's another nail salon across the street if the price of our services is going to be an issue." We left immediately. At no point did we say or imply that price was an issue--we were simply deciding which service would work with our schedule. His assumption, tone, and the rushed nature of the interaction made us feel extremely unwelcome and unwanted. The comment felt like an ignorant and intentional microaggression, especially considering there was no reason for him to assume we couldn't afford their services. I see that most of the reviews here are positive, but unfortunately, our experience was anything but. read more

I dropped in one evening while on vacation with my family. I didn't have time to get a mani and pedi before flying out of Nashville. Everyone in the salon was very kind. My only complaint is how damaged my nails were after my gel mani. I always get gel on my natural nails. This particular time every single one of my nails broke down to the nail bed a few days after my service. This was extremely painful. The manicurist used a drill on my natural nails. I still have some dents on my nail beds. My nails are slowly growing back. read more

Mr Su, Did my mani and he didn't do a good job. I had gel polish on the side of my fingers and rough edges that I had to fix myself when I got home. My nails were not filed evenly the gel polish has lumps, this was my first time there and I won't recommend anyone to go to lush spa & nail salon in savanna GA. Since moving to Savannah this has been my nail salon and treat once a month. They carry all of the top nail polish brands such opi, Essie and kiara sky. From the first time I entered I can honestly say the staff is friendly and welcoming every single time. My bf and I come here to get pedis together, once a month. I love the different pedicure options that they have. The cheapest option is $25 which is similar to what I experienced back home. We've tried even the most expensive pedicure at $60 and it was a lovely experience. Since we upkeep we don't typically need this again. A trip will run us about $200 every single time but we love to pay for quality. I recently started getting sns here and I want to say every nail professional has been careful and they all seem to be perfectionist. I love that because my nails always look great. They offer you complimentary drinks such as water, soda, tea or coffee. This definitely sets them apart from most other nail bars I've visit. They are typically very busy on the weekends so I recommend making an appointment. We're always seen because we always make an appointment. We have seen it very busy and with a large wait. If you're looking for a professional, clean and friendly nail bar in the area I definitely recommend visiting here. I feel like it's worth the price for the quality of service you receive. read more

I don't get my nails done very often, but heard good things about this salon, and decided to try it out before my cruise. I went in wanting an acrylic set, but Su convinced me to get dip as it's better for your nails in the long run. My nails turned out great, and Su was very nice the whole time. He asked me if I liked everything throughout the whole process which I appreciated. You can tell that he and his coworkers know what they're doing. Glorious pedicures here! I was so thankful they had availability this afternoon. They have regular customers, they stay busy, so you may want to make an appointment. The Volcano Pedicure was my choice when the technician stated it had the longest massage - yes please! After an exhausting work week it was a welcome reprieve! They have 4 flat screens playing a variety of t.v. shows. The massage was relaxing, the hot stone massage even better, and the technician was friendly and helpful. I will return! I have been in the spa industry since the early 90's. As a massage therapist and esthetician I have to keep my nails short. I rarely get manicures because I'm constantly clipping my nails. I decided to try the Dipping powder without tips on my natural nails Su did an amazing job. My nails look nice and neat. He suggested a wonderful neutral color. The salon was extremely clean. My nails look great. Short nails can look very thick with dipping powder if the cuticles are not prepared. Su buffed my nails and thinned them out to look beautiful . They don't look thick. I will definitely return to Su at Lush in the future. I had my nails done over a week ago. I had to travel and pack boxes this last weekend. My nails still look great. read more

Walked in, and got the usual greeting. I Was a walk in, so I was pretty happy with the service speed. Needed a full set. I'm visiting for a wedding, and need a quick fix. I have never hated my nails so much. The women who did my nails, made it feel rushed. She was filing quite a bit, which left my nails slanted, and crooked. The acrylic plus the gel polish makes them look bubbly. She asked if I was okay with the shape, and I replied "no" it's off, which upset her I guess. She used the drill to try and correct it, but still was off. I got a pedicure and eyebrow wax as well, and those went well. (Pedi and waxing done by different women) read more

Came here while my husband and I are vacationing on Savannah and I had a wonderful, relaxing experience. I was impressed that Su greeted my husband and I both by name as we came in. The classic pedicure was so very relaxing. I think the technician's name was Anton, and he did an excellent job of massaging and exfoliating. We ran into an issue with my nails--my previous salon back home didn't properly remove my acrylics (which I didn't realize) and did a poor job with my gels (which I did realize) and it was a beast trying to get the previous job off my nails. Su was extremely diligent and patiently restored my nails PROPERLY. I kept apologizing for making him have to do so much work on my nails but he was very kind and attentive, and super interesting to chat with. He did a fantastic job with my manicure, and my nails and cuticles have never looked so sleek! Everyone there was really friendly and professional. The place is small, upscale, very clean, good Covid protocols, and masks are required. I liked how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere is. Thank you Mr. Su and everyone for such a great experience! I had a good experience here. The owner was able to fit me and my husband in on very short notice. He had another appointment after my pedicure so my massage was cut short, but I was grateful my toes looked good again. Otherwise hubby and I really enjoyed our time. They were definitely Covid safe, you chose your service and nail color all online. We chatted and the owner was very pleasant but he then let me sit back and relax during my sugar scrub and mask. I chose the classic pedicure and it was about 45 minutes. The salon is clean and they use tub liners for your feet. We are on vacation but If we lived here, we would come back for sure. read more

My nails look straight out of a magazine. I'm pretty sure the owner, Su, did my nails. If he wasn't the owner he should be. The process took an hour and a half but only because my nails were in such rough shape. He said normally the appointment should be one hour or less. I didn't mind. He took his time, was meticulous, methodical, and thoughtful. Su you are an artist! This is now the only salon and technician I will see while I am in Savannah. No exceptions. Shortly after posting my original review, Su Dang contacted me personally and insisted on redoing both my gel mani and pedi again at no cost. Kim Linh did my nails this time, and she carefully took her time which resulted in a beautiful, basically perfect gel manicure. They truly cared to fix their mistake, and definitely did a great job the second time around. I'm here on vacation, but I will visit this salon again when I'm in town! Thanks Lush!! Original: Very friendly employees and clean, inviting atmosphere. However, the mani/ pedi was below average. I got a $45 pedicure which was super great until I noticed that my brand new polish looked like I painted over a 2 week old pedi. My nail cuticles got hacked at. I recently moved to Savannah and I was nervous about finding a nail salon that fit my needs. This place is clean and the staff is friendly. I must admit it's very expensive, an additional $20 for gel on top of an already expensive package. I would have given it a 5 but even in DC gel is an additional $5 or $10. Follow up, I had to come back and increase the stars from 4 to 5. Su (who I absolutely love) broke down why they price their services where they currently are. I'll make this one simple: you do not get your bang for your buck here. $70 for a gel pedicure (I upgraded $10 from the classic package) -- I would expect quality work but there was absolutely nothing special about the treatment or the pedicure itself. My nails were not trimmed evenly, the gel was already starting to lift from the cuticle after a week, and the massage... I think I got more out of the massage chair. To be fair, I scheduled an appointment but was running early and they still took me in (although I called to ask first and they said they didn't have availability, I showed up in person anyway.) Maybe the products they use are of high quality, maybe because it's in Savannah that they can get away with ripping you off, maybe it's just me being cheap. I loved Lush nail salon! I got dip nails and a pedicure. They went above and beyond what most nail salons do -- had an awesome drink selection (coffee, tea, water, sodas) and their bathroom was stocked with feminine products and perfumes. They were so kind, offering upgrades to services but not pushing them at all. I was able to pick a scent for my pedicure, and the water, scrub, and lotion were all scented with my selection. It was so wonderful. My mother in law joined me and they timed our manicures and pedicures so that we could experience both together. It's a little pricier than your average salon, but totally worth it. After several bad experiences at Savannah nail salons, I'm making this my new regular spot! read more

Called ahead and confirmed they had availability for a pedicure before arriving. I was quickly greeted once I entered and they immediately sat me at a chair. They have QR code's for their menu on one arm rest and the colors on the other. I was asked what pedicure I wanted and what scent and then asked if I wanted a drink, water coke sprite etc. My sprite was brought out on a silver platter! My nail tech asked specifics like if I wanted my nails cut down and was very gentle throughout the service. I wish the chairs could recline back a little more but their too close to the wall to recline much. She was very detail oriented with the nail polish and ensured many times that I liked the color which I really appreciate because sometimes the color displayed is different than the color that comes out! Both times I've been there, My did my powder manicure and gel pedicure, and it looked perfect. The manager is a friendly man who knows how to welcome clients and make them feel good when they enter the business. Unlike other nail salons where the staff talk amongst themselves and barely pay attention to you, at Lush, they try to engage in conversation with you and make you feel like they care. I was there to get my nails done on Christmas Eve, and they were giving gifts to all customers as a thank you. It's the little things that make a business stand out.
