I'm very picky whenever I buy something and when I called Sneaker Lounge in Westwood I was amazed by how nice they were on the phone they put up with me asking them and calling them about 12 times about the shoes that they have and they would go and check if they were in stock. I was looking for a pair of Nike SB dunks and no other place near Westwood has any selection of shoes like this it feels amazing to get the shoes I want and shop local service there was so amazing when I went there to get the shoes they have such a wide selection from hype shoes and yeezys to to running shoes and etc. I would recommend it to anybody who wants cool looking shoes if you're in doubt go to right now you won't regret it read more

The owner is an arrogant jerk and gave my mother a VERY hard time about getting a $30 deposit back. She had ordered sneakers that were supposed to be in in 1 week.. 1 week later no sneakers and we found them somewhere else for less $$. He called her aggressive and said she had an attitude when she expressed her disbelief that he was giving her such a hard time about getting the small deposit back. If you want your customers to come back, try having better customer service. We won't be back. read more

Sneaker Lounge is fabulous! I came in for the first time today for a pair of running sneakers - great selection but even greater customer service! There is no comparison to bigger named stores. Tyler was super helpful and knowleable in helping me pick out a pair and didn't mind bringing out about ten pairs of sneakers.
