Today, 12/26/22, we attempted to exchange a pair of crocs for another size that was purchased 2…read moredays prior.  We had the receipt, DSW bag, and sales tag.  As my husband entered the store he was immediately approached by a DSW worker who rudely told him he had to give his bag of crocs to her and he could not go to the area to look for a correct size.  When he went to the register after rudely being instructed to go to the register with the return crocs my husband was then told by another employee he didn't purchase the crocs from this location.  When my husband showed the crocs and the receipt proving he purchased the crocs from the Youree drive location he never received an apology.   We are visiting the Shreveport area for the holidays and will likely never return to this store again.  Since this incident occurred, I have learned that family members who reside in/near Shreveport have experienced the same rude employee at the Youree Drive DSW location. Thankfully my husband was successfully able to make the exchange. It is very disappointing our DSW experience was poor and my husband was treated like a thief. Please train your staff on emotional intelligence.

They will order any item to be shipped to your home with free shipping, if the color or size you need is not in store. You can even make an appointment for personalized service. Being disabled, this is a game changer! The store is large enough, but not too large, clean and uncrowded, making for a pleasant shopping experience. Dressing rooms are large and clean, with a large padded bench. Most of their clothing items come in petite, regular and tall versions. Very inclusive sizing: pieces go from ladies XS to 2X in the store (and some items even up to 4X online.) Prices are higher than some other stores, but the clothes are well made and last. Fabrics are of good quality. The service is amazing and they have frequent sales.
