I mainly came for the special Air Miles offer that day with a lot of bonus miles on a relatively small purchase and with one of my cat's having a birthday next weekend, I thought of giving this place a try to find a gift for her 14th birthday, who looks better than most cats half her age and still leaps into higher places regularly and fairly easily. No low quality type cat treats that you see in grocery stores and most other pet food stores, interesting toys for cats I had never seen in other places, seniors day on the last Tuesday of the month (my husband is a senior), and a second rewards program based on food and treats you purchase. Some items for less common pets too, like budgies and rabbits. Loved it, do recommend, especially if you have Air Miles!

I first came here to buy gifts for my friends' pets and now come here to buy treats for my own pup. The prices may seem a bit higher for some things, but the quality is great. My dog has chewed through some cheaper toys already, but the ones I got here are still holding up. During lockdowns, they have the curbside shopping down. You stand at the table and say what you want and they will bring you a whole bunch of options you can look at. Also many of the staff seem to have been working there for years. You don't always see that a lot in retail and I think/hope this means that they treat their employees well.
