Unfortunately, my experiences with the owner have followed a very different and consistent pattern. She is often loud, confrontational, and speaks to children in a way that feels unnecessarily harsh and intimidating. While I completely understand the need to keep things organized and running efficiently, the way she addresses kids crosses a line from structure into disrespect. During my most recent visit, she raised her voice at children playing on the playground in a way that was uncomfortable to witness. This wasn't an isolated moment, but part of an ongoing pattern I've observed over time. As someone who works in a high-pressure, public-facing job and regularly interacts with both children and adults, I understand how challenging those situations can be. Even so, the tone and approach I observed here felt inappropriate for a business that serves families. After years of overlooking this because of the positive interactions with her staff, I've decided this will be my last visit. read more

What an ADORABLE place! My son loved playing on the slide while we waited. The dog there was so sweet and well behaved too. The haircut went quickly and she was very gentle and calming. She kept him occupied and engaged in his haircut. It was our first real haircut, so this experience was extra special. read more

If you want to get haircut to look like a monk this is your place! Absolutely hideous. My Son was sooo upset. Fortunately hair grows. But if your kid has a lot of thick smooth straight hair please take them to a professional hair stylist. Lesson learned. read more

Easy haircut spot for kids and adults at Snipedy in Boca Raton. Call for appointments or walk-in available. There are a couple of regular chairs, animal chairs and a toy car to sit in to get a haircut. The slide inside is pretty neat. Plenty of parking in strip mall but unfortunately the store next door is a vape shop and the customers hang outside smoking. After each cut, customers get a free lollipop. Bring some quarters for the vending machines to keep the kids happy. read more

I was beyond surprised (and thrilled) with how great my son's second haircut experience was at Snipedy Do Dahs. Coco was his stylist and she made cutting my 15 month Ike's hair look like child's play. I had my son's first hair cut at another salon in West Boca and I expected a similar experience (in which he didn't really get s full cut due to crying) but Coco worked magic in minutes with her clippers to give him a proper haircut which he desperately needed. Did my little one cry? Of course but I was exceptionally pleased with the service. Thankful for how painless she made the experience and that he will look even better in our upcoming holiday photos. took my 4 year old daughter to haircut here for the first time. It was a horrible experience. my daughter sat quietly while her hair was being cut. I noticed that it was not straight so I said something to the person cutting her hair. She said , well her hair is "jumping". I did not know hair jumps. She tried to fix it but it's still not straight. They also charged me $40 dollars for a 4 year olds hair cut without even a blow dry or anything. This place is gross inside and the owner is extremely rude. Instead of telling me her hair is jumping Maybe she should have fixed the problem. I will never go back there. read more

O.M.G! This place is beyond amazing. The whole experience was incredible. I found it online and called to schedule an appointment the same day and they were great with the time I was available, as soon as I got the Eloise was available to take care of my son. They greeted us very enthusiastically. My son is 11 months old and this is only his second hair cut so I didn't know what to expect. Eloise EXCEEDED My expectations. She asked me to sit with him since he was crying if he sat alone, she started singing "the wheels on the bus" and caught My sons attention. She began with scissors, my son did not cry once. She played peekaboo with him while cutting his hair, and then when she used the clippers she made sure to introduce it to him and play with it so he wouldn't get scared. She's great with kids! If I'm being honest, taking my son to get his hair cut can be a cringe-worthy experience (he does NOT enjoy clippers)! However, this salon is incredible at what they do. We've taken my son here three times and yes, he screams like always, but these women are so fast and so efficient! Takes maaaaybe 5 minutes and that includes lollipops, bubbles, toys, and movies on colorful carousel style seats. It's super reassuring to have gentle and understanding people cut your kids hair that take the time to make them comfortable-- throw in an inside playground and an awesome 'do, we are yours forever. They are patient and quick with the little ones. They have a fun slide to play on while waiting. They choose which seat they want, a car, animals, or parents lap lol. They cut hair while trying to distract the child from squirming, crying, etc. It's definitely not easy and they do a great job. I've taken all 3 of my kids to Snipedy. read more

Highly recommend ! This place is really cute. The salon chairs look like mini seats from a carousel. The staff are quick and good at what they do. My son is extremely non compliant when it comes to haircuts but they knew how to manage him with no problems. 10 minutes later he was looking like a rockstar with his new hair cut despite his screaming and flailing. The ladies very nice did a haircut very quickly but not pretty. The baby cried but any way it was not pretty at all.

Awful experience! Their hairdresser cut my son's neck till blood and did not tell me about it (it was a black man who was the only man in the salon). I noticed it when we already were outside. I had a conversation with administrator and then manager who told me that it happens sometimes. I said there was a skin damage and contact with blood so there is a chance of blood borne infection. They assured me that they used special spray to disinfect utensils but I did not see that the hairdresser had done it before haircut. I received sorry only from administrator and manager, no excuses from the hairdresser. They returned money, but now my son supposed to see a doctor to identify the risks of infection, maybe do some blood work. Stay away from this place! read more

Agree with everyone else. This place is amazing. My 21 mo had his 1st professional haircut and they were amazingly attentive with him. They had Nemo on tv and he had his 1st lollipop but they were blowing bubbles and trying to keep his mind busy. They were very professional, patient and understanding. We will be back! read more

I brought my son for his hair cut (he wanted to have it spiked) and my daughter had her FIRST hair cut. they were amazing and super sweet. the kids LOVED being able to slide down the slide while they waited for their turn and got to pick which animal seat they were going to sit in. He even got to pick out what color gel he wanted (he choose the blue). I am over pleased with them and plan to continue to use them and recommend all my family and friends to them. My SIL recently took my nephew for his first cut and they were absolutely amazing with him- blew bubbles, sang to him, anything to get him to smile. WONDERFUL customer service. read more

Run!!!!!!! This is the absolute worst kid's hair place. It is filthy and very unsafe. I did not get the name of the lady cutting my son's hair but she was being so rough with him we left in the middle of the haircut! We will never ever go back. Just horrible! read more
