The walls are quite thin, and when people walk through the building, speaking loudly, it can be very distracting and detracts from the experience. After my massage, I took advantage of the steam room and the showers. As expected, they provided anything you could ever need, from hair ties, to shaving and dental kits. The steam room is super hot and large, although when I was there, only one person at a time was supposed to be in it due to Covid. The showers were large and had some nice smelling shampoo, conditioner and soap. Although the soap was rather minty and irritated my sensitive skin a bit. The lounge area, both coed and women's were fully stocked with some of the tastiest snacks, tea and infused water. The massage room itself had this amazing blue lighting. It really made the massage extra relaxing. And the hydraulic table made lying on my back extra comfortable. It was able to conform to my body perfectly. My therapist was incredible! I have had more massages than I can count. Over 100, all over the world. Santa was must have thought I was very good this year, because the massage I received at Four Seasons Palm Beach was the best I've ever had. I don't say that lightly! Thank you Rosie! I asked for a deep circulatory massage without a ton of elbows and trigger point work and she gave me this amazing, deep, full body massage extravaganza! It was only 50 mins but it felt like 2 hours! He is highly knowledgeable and truly knows his craft. I definitely recommend booking with him if you visit. The entire team made my birthday feel extra special. We were placed next to a family with young children who were awake and active from 6:00 a.m. every morning. My sister was celebrating her 50th birthday, and we chose this staycation to relax, sleep in, and enjoy some quiet time, but unfortunately we didn't get a good night's sleep during the four nights we stayed. I would recommend that the resort consider placing guests seeking a peaceful, relaxing getaway in a quieter section, separate from families with small children whenever possible. That small change would make a huge difference. Other than that, the resort is amazing but this experience would make me think twice before returning.

I thought this was such a beautiful idea to begin with. I was given a glass of champagne as well. I was guided to a locker where I got my robe and slides to keep. You can set your combination to lock it so your belongings are safe. There is a beauty area with blow dryers, hair ties, Q-tips and other female products are available upon request. Showers are also present. The steam and sauna rooms were incredible. My favorite part was the heated jacuzzi pool with the overhead waterfall that comes rushing down into the jacuzzi. It was activated by a button that you can press on the outside. It was clothing optional in this area. The outdoor spa area is an oasis of beauty. It was raining a bit on the day I came, but they have silver hanging chairs with water beneath your feet, cabanas and waterfalls. It's blissfully calming. I've never experienced anything like it! The treatment waiting area had snacks, tea and water. My massage was tailored to me specifically. I added a foot and hand paraffin treatment. It was extremely relaxing. The hydrafacial was also fantastic. My skin felt so refreshed afterwards. I stayed using the amenities until they closed at 6pm that day. Do not stay here. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had…read more When we first walked into our room, there was a roach. The room also had water damage and no working air conditioning. The floor felt extremely spongy and was covered in water. Maintenance came to vacuum up the water and left a large industrial fan in the room with a cord stretched across the floor, creating a trip hazard and making it difficult to move around. Unfortunately, this did not fix the problem. When I returned a few hours later, the floor was still covered in water because the AC unit continued leaking. At no point was I told that changing rooms was an option. After speaking with three different employees, I was finally approved to move. We then had to pack everything and move all of our belongings across the hotel, which was a huge inconvenience. The second room was located right next to the bar, where loud music played every night, making it difficult to relax. The water leak also damaged my leather shoes, which cost $300. I had only worn them once. The hotel initially offered a $150 room credit, which did not come close to covering the damage. The operations manager asked me very invasive questions like how long had I had them and what brand they were. The Operations Manager later told me he would also waive charges of $131 and $111. However, when I checked out, I was informed that only the $150 credit had been applied. I was told the Operations Manager had left a note instructing staff not to waive anything further. To make matters worse, after I posted a one-star review, I received a call from the hotel. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, I was told I had never been promised the additional credits, that I was being rude, and that Florida's humidity attracts bugs and causes AC leaks. I found this response incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. Between the roach, the leaking AC, the room change, the damaged personal property, and the inconsistent communication from management, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Rather than taking responsibility, the managers minimized my concerns and made me feel like I was the problem. I would not recommend staying here.
