And she does not even respect the higher people than her in the company. I told myself to give you guys and corporate more time to help me with my situation and it's been 2 months. I'm not one to write bad reviews but this one has gone too long. I bought my cousin her first brand name purse from Versace because I had heard a lot of good stuff about their products and quality. Unfortunately it didn't turn out to be a good experience for my cousin. She carried it for two days only to a relatives house and only to a facial appointment and that was it. The next morning, she notices scratches on it already. I'm sorry but I don't think a top brand name purse that is worth $2,200 should be scratching that easily after a two-day use. So I went to the boutique store and received very bad attitude and offensive comments from the clerk that sold me the purse. He basically started telling us that "It's calfskin leather and it's meant to happen that's why you should have the leather conditioner" First of all, he's speaking to us as if we are unknowledgeable about leather and talking to us like we were stupid. Second of all his excuse of not telling us the return policy was "We don't tell our customers about our return policies to not offend them" what? Everywhere I go, I am told about the return policy. Also, I've been contacting corporate and staying in touch with them to make sure this situation is handled which no one is contacting me in any way. I called the store manager today because the supervisor at customer care told me December 7, someone should have contacted the boutique store. So I called the boutique store and received such horrible attitude from the manager. Basically she Told me that even if corporate calls, she won't do anything about it. And as I was talking, she was talking over me not even letting me finish a sentence literally throughout the whole phone call. Meredith, relax, there are much higher people than you in the company, you're not the CEO. She should not have her position, because also she's never even in the store. Every time I call or went in, she was never available, not even to call. A manager should always be available to answer the phone or be present at the store. I'm tired of waiting for this situation to be handled and I am starting to constantly call everyday, because that's the only way I can make sure it's getting handled.

Also I got a "kuffyeh hijab" bc ofc Free Palestine but the size is a bit skinny so back of my neck can get easily exposed and the fabric choice is more papery than I would like, I should have been more attentive before buying.

When rappers came to Detroit in the mid-eighties for concerts Strictly's was their first stop. When you enter the store they have tons of pictures with people like LL, Ice Cube and Eric B. A long time staple in the community, this store is family owned and usually has whatever you are looking for first. Their reputation of having what other stores don't is true. The carry all sorts of accessories and women's clothing too. I consider this store a part of hip hop history. Stop in and take a look at the pictures if nothing else.

The store is located centrally in the PC mall. If you park near Brio or P.F Changs it is right down that entrance. The store is loaded with sale racks in the back of the store! Those are a must, I walked in and walked directly to the back! The ladies that worked there knew that was the place to go! I ended up finding this glorious sports bra, which is very hard to find for women like me. Of course it wasn't a sale item. But the lady that was helping me in the fitting room the entire time said she had her own personal coupon that she would give me, which gave me 20% off my bra. I was very pleased with this. At check out the worker took my email and address and said that the store would mail me coupons and email me about sidewalk sales they have! I prefer these stores where I can just find what I like and try them on without asking the salespeople to run to the back to get my size. I had an event to attend and was looking for black heels. I found the perfect pair for a reasonable price. I found my pair for $30 and the hubby found his pair for $20. It was a good deal indeed. The only negative aspect was when we went to check out. They had two check out counters, one in the front and one in the middle. We went to the middle one and was waiting on an associate to ring the hubby up. We just stood there and no one helped us. I finally flagged a worker down and she told us that we had to take it to the front register. We took it to the front and finally paid for our shoes.

Atmosphere is super chill and casual so it never feels like you're being pushed to buy anything or rushed out. They also have a good range in price points so I feel you can find something even on a tighter budget. Customer service is really great and staff seems super knowledgeable about their clothes. I'm excited to come in next time I want to overhaul my wardrobe!
