I couldn't find one shirt, dress, top, purse, shoe or pants that caught my eye. How absolutely disappointing it was to make the trip here. I was considering some Tommy Bahama shirts but they were around C$200, that seemed pricey.

Knowing we were traveling, he took my pants upstairs for alterations and 10 minutes later I was leaving with an amazing deal on my wedding suit that included shoes, a belt, a tie, socks, and a shirt. Laz was professional, courteous and accommodating, going well above "doing his job". In addition to tailoring the suit to my father-in-law's preferences, he included several personal touches which were thoughtful and very appreciated. The suit is of excellent quality and customer service at The Suit Shop was beyond excellent. The pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend this place, we could not have been happier with the whole experience!

The customer service rep working explained the concept of the store, asked me what size I normally wear, said "oh, we don't have much in THAT size." She half-heartedly looked a couple of things up and then literally turned her back on me mid-sentence and started talking to somebody else without even a "excuse me" or anything. I went home and looked at the website, and it turns out that Bonobos makes a TON of stuff in my size, and in fact has a whole section on their site devoted to bigger sizes. Parking is plentiful but can be a walk depending on where you park. Inside is welcoming and updated in a modern design. Very clean as well. Food court is solid! Tons of options and places to sit. Lots of stores! Nothing too high end but still some good stores to check out. Roots is my personal favorite. Benches throughout if you needed a shopping break. Spent a few hours here both shopping and eating.

The Bath & Body Works store that they have here doesn't even have soap that's not scented so much for it being a bath and body store. All the clothing here that I've seen regarding short sleeve shirts are exposing the undershirt from under the sleeves which is a terrible trend. None of the electronics stores sell electronics that I like nor the watch stores sell the watches that I like. I can't buy a Casio Edifice watch from here. I can't buy Sony Xperia smartphones from here. Also because I use Sony Xperia, none of the lame phone repair stores here want to ever fix my phone even if I am willing to pay money for them to do their jobs. They just suck and don't want to. The food court has the worst variety of restaurants I've ever seen. Regarding the sunglasses, nobody here sells Bottega Veneta sunglasses. I wish Seen Vision Care remained here. That store is 10 times better in terms of variety than the garbage Sunglass Hut. Because they have way more variety. They sell Bottega, they sell Cartier, they sell a German brand that's actually very high-end but not a lot of people know about it, it's called Cazal. They haven't even heard of Bottega Veneta sunglasses in this mall. This mall is a joke people have absolutely zero taste when they come here to shop.

I visited this establishment on August 25, 2017 to get five pairs of pants hemmed. The moment I…read morearrived, I noticed all of the staff, except for one older lady, assisting a customer. Making eye contact with this older lady, I could see she would flipping through papers and scanning merchandise so I waited for two minutes before she could utter any words out of her mouth. The words she uttered? Are those pants clean? I responded, they're brand new. Her rebuttal, you should wash them before we can hem them. I advised her that I dry clean my pants. She took a moment to respond, but she eventually arrived to the conclusion that it would take her over 10 minutes to attend to me and over two weeks to have the pants returned to me. She basically tried everything to get me not to hem my pants at this location. Well, she succeeded. I ended up leaving. To whom it actually concerns in management, as a leader of a fine establishment as yours, you most likely know that clients have plenty of options where to get their pants hemmed. I can honestly say this was probably the worst experience I ever encountered with one of your employees. The lack of understanding, communication, and urgency from your ill trained staff makes me question where you rest your values in your business practice as it does not seem in line with delivery a great customer experience.
