All of the staff worked so hard to make it a wonderful experience. I am 60 and my body is not what it use to be. I was so discouraged with the dresses on the market that made me feel dumpy or showed too much skin. The staff helped me feel wonderful and I have the right to look beautiful whatever your body is. The biggest challenge was the lack of floor assistance--no one was available to help for most of my time there. Toward the end, I did find one helpful associate who set up a dressing room and assisted with items, which I truly appreciated. Another major issue was the clothing tags. Many items weren't labeled correctly, and the hangers didn't match the actual sizes. I had to check inside each garment to confirm sizing, which made the process frustrating and time-consuming. This isn't the Macy's I remember from past shopping experiences.
