I am extremely pleased with the work and the service provided by Lancelot. I had them install prosumer networking equipment. We went with Ubiquiti UniFi equipment. I purchased a Universal Cloud Gateway Max, three U7 Pro wall access points and two switches. Vitaly came out to look at my setup and he fine-tuned his recommendation after seeing my home and hearing my use case in detail. Just a very unprofessional experience. I had ADT Security for a number of years. Wanted to get rid of the monthly bills. Got Ring cameras. Ring cameras were missing a lot of stuff so I wanted a 24-7 camera system. Called these guys and said I wanted to replace my Ring cameras. I also said I wanted to be able to read a license plate. The guy came to do the install and decided for himself where the cameras should be placed. So I asked him to move it to where my original Ring cameras were. He was visibly upset about that. They also can't read a license plate. The ADT cameras were installed professionally. You couldn't see any wires. These cameras were not near as neat. They drilled holes in my ceiling, ran wires down walls. It just seemed very unprofessional. They said they would paint to match, that never happened. They do work, not very pretty at all, wires everywhere. read more

I had four ethernet drops put in and all but one were a challenge, well 1.5 My wife's office is a tough spot in the house for WiFi so getting ethernet in there was a must. They also ran ethernet for a POE camera over the garage and were able to get the cable thorugh a rather thick outside wall. They went above and beyond. I received a text or email to confirm each appointment. The technicians were on time and provided quality work. I finally feel safe when I am home alone at night. Before I hired Lancelot for cameras, I struggled with several smart home installers in Vegas. They either charged too much or could not finish the project. After spending a lot on the C4 equipment and installation services, I ended up with the smart home system that did not work at all for more than 9 months! We wanted a security camera system around the exterior of our home and hired Vitaly & his team based on their excellent reputation. First, they helped us decide what system to buy - we got a nice hardwired POE (hardwired) system with 12mp & Ultra HD & color night vision that came with a total of 8 cameras, and we are very happy with it. Obviously the placement of the cameras is important and needs to be optimal so you don't have any blind spots, so their experience really helped - I would not have wanted to DIY this project, and I am glad I didn't try to do it myself. They also set up the system & a backup UPS, fixed some prior issues with our existing "smart box" & networking/cabling, and showed us how to use the Apps & software client that comes with the system.
