When in discussion about cancellation, RED Safety tried to tell me it was illegal to call and cancel over the phone. No. It's not. So.. they also lie about that to try and keep with their whole predatory fake contract practice of charging people beyond contract date. Just avoid them at all costs. Go with ADT. better customer service, better equipment, they actually monitor your system and call you when it goes off AND they can cancel when you call.

I was able to find Mark by word of mouth from another ASC Nurse Manager, who had nothing but positive things to say about him. Hands down, Mark was amazing! He ran through some scenarios with us; realistic to our patient selection, and we utilized different areas of our facility (OR, PACU, waiting room). Key points: 1. Mark is professional, confident and an expert in his profession. 2. He always brought us back to the basics when we deviated off course. 3. He stressed the importance of utilizing everyone at the office. From the front office staff calling 911, rotating CPR, scribing; to the trained ACLS staff doing the medications and assisting with anesthesia. 4.
