Just completed my BLS renewal with Sheri and she was great. I was able to sign up last minute on their website and secured my spot for the next day. She taught the course very efficiently and was able to maneuver all 7 of us in attendance very smoothly. The time spent was very informative, well-planned, and easy to understand. We were also able to apply our skills using mannequins with feedback that allowed us to better learn our areas of improvement for when we are out in the real world. I suggest reserving your spot on the website to ensure your attendance. The classroom only allows 8 students at a time and several students walked in and decided to pay on the spot. Parking is plentiful on the streets. After you take your "celebration of knowledge" you will receive an email the same day with a link to your card. American Heart Association now gives students access to their e-card that can be printed wallet size or saved in a PDF format. read more

I've taken 4 different CPR classes and had vastly different experiences each time, though all were mediocre at best. I desperately wanted to get certified fast and went here as I could squeeze in a class. The trainer has the most updated mannequins and interesting classes of all that I've been to! They read on an app on her phone and she can give specific feedback on each persons' stats. This means you can tell exactly what you need to improve on and by how much. There's nothing subjective about what's needed to save a life, and she offers quantitative measurements to give her students confidence and quality in their compressions. Thanks so much! I will come here when I need it renewed and thank them for all they offer our community. Side note -- there's an awesome thrift store across the street, so if you get there early like I did you'll have prime deal hunting. read more

The lady on the phone was very understanding and went the extra mile to fit me into the next available class. The instructor was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the class very interesting. The entire process of completing the first part on the AHA website and then coming in for the skills sessions, was so easy and seamless.
