Lynnwood us the useless boob of the NW Ask anyone where "down town" is and you will be met with blank stares. This is a city with zero defining features, endless roads with endless traffic lights and endless strip malls. One has to ask why does Lynnwood exist? Is it just a big live and ride spot to better places? I think so. Drive the neighborhoods of this jewel and you will run into endless fields of 1930 something ramblers with broken cars and overrun weeds. Entertainment? Uh...can't think of anything worth while. No comedy clubs, no live music. With few exceptions the restaurants are chain, and very few chain or otherwise stand out. Yelp it yourself, punch in Lynnwood and leave the "search for" blank. Nordstrom RACK is the 10th highest reviewed place in the whole city. What does that tell you? There are a few restaurants on the list (and yeah Yeh Yeh's is awsome) The police force (I am sure they are all heroes) seem to only serve the purpose of generating revenue, since there are countless radar traps around the city, and more camera's at lights than any other place I have EVER been. Rumor is they even shortened the yellow cycle on the lights to make more money. The cops are so zealous to write you a ticket I have seen them drive down the SIDEWALK to get back to their little trap. There are traffic lights in town that you will wait 3 cycles to be able to get through it. I guess the housing is cheap. Hey I live here, I work here it is convenient but won't miss it when I leave

Anyway, I live in a condo now. A few days back, I found a flyer from Seatown in my secure lobby weighed down by a poop encrusted pipe. Clever marketing right? "Your pipes could be as gross as this thing we left in your house!" Anyway, I wish they'd not come in and solicit uninvited or leave poop pipes around. But I'm an old fashioned guy that way. I mean, times are a changing. In my day folks were annoyed with flyers on windshields, remember those days? So quaint. Well to get attention these days you gotta leave a poop pipe at someone's home. It is innovative. For example, were they a company who sold manure, a free sample would clever. And I'm not opposed to poop pipes in general. Have you ever been to the Sewer Museum in Paris? Essentially, I paid to see those poop pipes and now I tell everyone to go there. It's fascinating, you know, I'll review them next. What a journey. I started out grossed out and annoyed by this, and then I realized I love poop pipes. for Seatown's poop pipe marketing

When I first reached out to Kali, he immediately told me he wanted to help save me money and carefully walked me through the next steps I should take. He spent a significant amount of time with me on the phone while I was dealing with what I thought was a major leak at my house. He explained what questions to ask, what the process would likely look like, and how to narrow down the source of the problem. Following Kali's guidance, I contacted a plumber to determine whether the leak was inside my house or between the house and the meter. The plumber confirmed it was somewhere inside the home, so I called Kali back the next day to schedule leak detection services. During our conversation, Kali asked me to send several pictures of the rooms, pipes, and layout of the home so he could think through the situation before coming out. As we were talking, I mentioned that I had a boiler system. After I sent him a picture, he asked if I noticed any visible dripping. I said no. He then asked me to turn off the water supply to the boiler and check the meter again. Sure enough, the leak was in the boiler system. Kali figured all of this out entirely over the phone because he took the time to truly think through how to help me. I was honestly shocked that he was able to identify the issue without even coming to the house. I truly think he is the "leak whisperer." What stood out most to me was not just his expertise, but his heart. He was thoughtful, patient, and genuinely trying to educate me so I would feel less stressed and more at ease during a difficult situation. I truly feel blessed to have crossed paths with Kali. It is rare to meet someone who is clearly not in their field simply for the money. Kali is there to help people during times of stress and uncertainty, and that compassion shines through in everything he does. Kali, I pray that all the blessings you give to others come back to you 100-fold. You are truly a blessing, and I pray God continues to protect and guide you. Thank you for using your talents and gifts for the good of others. Valorie Crout
