Fountain Of Truth Spring Water - Fresh Raw Spring Water Delivered in Chilled Glass Jugs

I learned about the importance of pure, raw, live, structured water through Dr. Gerald Pollack (The…read moreFourth Phase of Water) as well as other health leaders (i.e. Dr. Jack Kruse) and its primordial, foundational relationship to all aspects of our health and our ability to properly detox, conduct electrical impulses and conduct electron flow throughout the body. In general, spring water in its raw, unfiltered, naturally structured form is best but it is surprisingly hard to get commercial mineral rich spring water that hasn't been processed or sterilized. In addition, collecting my own spring water was too much work for me and I was always worried about toxins leaking into the source. Therefore, for years, I decided to order purified water through Culligan and utilize the Vitalizer Plus to structure the water and add minerals back to the water. 3 months ago, I heard about Fountain of Truth Spring Water on Daniel Vitalis's Rewild podcast so I thought I would give it a try. I ordered a few jugs to try it out and haven't looked back. The water tastes great and is so rich in minerals that I have cut my magnesium supplementation down by 75% and no longer need to take my silica supplement. I also save a lot of time since I don't have to reprocess the water through my Vitalizer Plus anymore. I also noticed that my hair has stopped graying and my skin looks fuller/less wrinkly. Graying is typically a signed of dehydration and zinc deficiency. I don't think this water has any zinc in it so it must being doing a better job of keeping my cells hydrated. I am also assuming that is the reason my skin looks better though Silica also helps with that. Long story short, in my opinion, getting "good" water is the most basic and the first step anyone should be taking in their health journey and I am extremely happy to have found a source like this. If you are considering getting a good source of water definitely test this source out and see how it works for you and your body.

This is the 3rd time I've had a whole house softener and filter installed in my home (3 separate…read morehomes, each with a private well). My wife and I really enjoy the feel of softened water in the shower, and the fact that our white clothes stay white. I sometimes hear of others who don't like the taste of softened water. With our first softener (1999-2005), we noticed a little something about the taste of our softened water, but in the 2nd and now this 3rd new one we only notice that the water is as good as any bottled water, with no unusual flavors or after taste. We bought our current home just over a year ago and did a complete remodel. After moving in we immediately noticed that our well water was staining and scaling up all our new bathroom and kitchen fixtures, as well as staining our white clothing. I searched the internet, read reviews, and decided to reach out to Pure Water Northwest. Their rep came to my home a few days later and was very interested in hearing my concerns and clearly discussed options and recommendations to get our water satisfactorily conditioned. There are many softeners available online and in the big home stores for much cheaper than what PWNW offers. Since I have a fair amount of experience with water softeners and know how to do basic plumbing, I was about to "DIY" this job and save some money, but after reviewing all the literature and considering warranty coverage when having someone else do it, I opted to spend more money and go with what seemed like a much better system. After committing to purchase from PWNW, they put me on their schedule and showed up when they said. The installation techs were very friendly, and obviously experienced and knowledgeable. I had fun discussing their tools and process as they worked and they didn't seem to mind me being around. It was very pleasant and straight forward working with PWNW, and my system is working as well as I had hoped. I think they do a great job and I recommend them. It costs double what a DIY job would be, but in the end it seems worth it, and if you can't do your own work, it's a no brainer to go with PWNW.

I had a water softener installed at my home. The unit does what it was designed to do but my…read moreexperience with this company was not one I would recommend. It reminded me of being at the car dealership. The sales pitch was heavy with lots of add ons recommended and the cost was higher than other local shops. When it came time for install we discussed I would not be home and they said that was no problem. I left detailed instructions and my cel number. I came home to find the installer had not been given my number or instructions. Instead of using the existing drain next to the softener he let himself into my home, found access to my crawl space and drilled two new holes in my foundation to run a drain line. Finally, when I contacted them again reluctantly to add additional filters I finally gave up when the quote came back at double what other providers bid the work. I have a new system now from a local competitor and really regret working with this company.

While I had been a satisfied customer with Seatown, even going so far as to become a member of…read moretheir services, my desire to use them for home repairs disappeared almost instantly after a recent quote I got from them. I need to have my sewer relined. This is not a shock. Everyone on our block does, just the age of the pipes. Seatown, being a member, was my first call. The technician who came to investigate the scenario came back to my front door remarkably shortly after I left him at the entry point to investigate. He succinctly told me that the pipe was "completely blocked" with roots and they would have to hydrojet before they could get an idea if it could be repaired. Not one... not two... THREE other companies came to quote the job and scoped with zero problem, showing me the video that demonstrated without a doubt that Seatown was lying to me, straight to my face, for which I was actually paying them as a member. I reported this to the company. To this day, over a week later, I have yet to hear from any supposed manager (despite this being directly promised in what seems like the empty apology now) about this glaring error in customer service nor has the refund for my membership, which they agreed to refund, appeared yet in my account. I wonder now how much I overpaid for the projects that I used Seatown for, considering their hydrojetting was $1,400 dollars more than the quotes that I was seeing from these other companies. Recently, I heard that Seatown had been acquired by Service Champions and it appears this is another case of when a company starts to care about profits more than service after their acquisition. While I used to recommend them to my friends & neighbors, I now will tell folks to stay away from Seatown unless they like wondering if they are being told the truth and paying too much for services they could get cheaper and done just as well elsewhere.

My wife missed a single August payment -- an honest mistake -- but she paid every month afterward (September, October, November). The reminders they sent never said service would be suspended. No warning, no "final notice," nothing. Then our delivery was simply skipped. When we called to ask why, the manager blamed us and said, "It's in the terms and conditions," instead of acknowledging their lack of clear communication. For a loyal customer of 7+ years, this was not only unprofessional, it was disrespectful. When I pushed for a solution, he said he was "more than happy to start the disconnection process." A company that treats long-term customers this way -- hiding behind T&Cs instead of communicating clearly -- doesn't deserve our business. If you depend on reliable delivery or respectful customer service, I recommend looking elsewhere.
