On the day of them coming out to our property they arrived on-time and finished quickly, and then were fast to respond to all questions we had during the follow-up process of creating our property's topographic map. Similar bad experience to Alex below where the contract was vague enough to think we'd get what we…read morediscussed but also vague enough to not get what we discussed, ultimately the created an easement three times bigger than our previous easement, completely unnecessarily just to save themselves the time of being precise. Now they're trying to charge us more, or not complete the job as originally requested. Originally we requested an as-built easement 5ft on each side for a new waterline and mentioned we had a trace wire that could be used to get the exact location. Instead they created a much wider easement on my property than I previously had. I've emailed several times to remedy because any time I call I can't get a hold of Joe.

I have been trying to get a hold of them for weeks to remedy the situation and still have not heard back. They did not deliver what we paid for.
