What an interesting assumption. She shows us the one they have and informs us that we can "sit on it, mess around with it...but don't break anything." Don't break anything??? I purchased a queen pillow top mattress during the Memorial Day sale. I was pleased at how fast the…read moresalesman was able to coordinate the delivery to my house, but my satisfaction ended there. Upon delivery, even thought the items were wrapped in plastic, my queen pillow top had tears on the side of it. They weren't large enough to the point where it looked like it would affect the comfort of the bed, but it was esthetically unappealing and being that it was supposed to be brand new, I wanted it dealt with. I called and left 2 voicemails. I never received a call back. I then called over a weekend and spoke with a new salesman who said that was really strange but would make sure a manager calls me to discuss it. A month later, still nothing. I called and left a 3rd message with a woman salesman. Still no call back. I figured I was stuck with an ugly bed... but whatever. Now, about 7 months later, this bed is complete crap. My back is hurting and I can feel an indentation in the middle. To prove this theory, I placed a can of soda on the edge of my bed and sure enough it rolled to the middle. Not only have I wasted my money... $460 during a sale, but now I have to get a new bed and it hasn't even been a year. The customer service was great when they took my money but the fact that I can't get anyone to call me back is more than a little ridiculous! I'm almost positive they sold me a crap bed to make a sale rather than to help my sleeping problem. Horrible. Save your money and work with a company that does what they say they will. Or at least, picks up the phone and calls their customers back. Oh, and before I forget. Don't waste your time checking into yelp either. The salesman said the offer doesn't even apply. Cheap trick to get you in. Smh.
