On 8/13/21 we purchased a queen size mattress foundation, frame, pillows etc from the Mattress Firm Olympia store. Delivery was schedule for 8/15/21 but the driver could not locate our subdivision. He was in an adjacent housing development when he called. He was given detail turn by turn directions on how to reach us. A few minutes later we received a call from the dispatcher telling us that we needed to reschedule the delivery. We contacted the driver and he said that he was told by the warehouse to not deliver. Not sure why, since he had the directions and only had to travel a couple miles to get to us. We drove over 10 miles to the Olympia store and picked up a mattress, foundation and frame from their stock. Process took a couple hours to resolve and disrupted dinner plans. Delivery service is not dependable. Don't use. read more

I first called to ask if this store carried a selection of pillows for people with neck pain, and he assured me they did. He asked for my name and was very kind on the phone. When we came in, he answered all of our questions and gave us a variety of pillows to try. He helped us get a really great pillow that we could also afford. We ended up getting the PureCare SoftCell Chill Hybrid Cooling Pillow. It's so comfy! After leaving the store, I even checked the price on Amazon, and the store's full retail price of the pillow was CHEAPER than the Amazon price!!! My review is probably overdue, but I really need to post this so people can get an understanding of a major issue in my experience. The sheets. Getting any to stay on without slipping off is a nightmare. Especially in the middle of the night, which nobody likes to wake up, get out of bed and put the fitted sheet back on. I have bought a mattress pad, and I have bought suspenders to attach to the sheets, and 30% of the time they stay on as long as you don't move around a lot in your sleep. Putting the head of the bed in an upright position really makes it worse, and you need to pull up the sheet before you can sit down or it will slip off. . My husband and I prefer to sleep on our prior mattress in our guest room just to get a good night's sleep. The comfort level of the mattress is just ok, certainly not worth the chunk of money we paid. It's basically just a recliner for us now. These beds are DEFINITELY not worth the hype. Hope this helps anyone considering the investment. read more

I called them and they told me I've passed the 30day- never shop here- go to Costco ...I contacted the management team and it was a waste of my time, they offered a small discount where my boxspring was supposed to be free in the first place. After looking online at Mattresses's we thought mattress firm had the best options. We scheduled an appointment to go in. We went in and the sales man was very friendly. Asked our budget and of course showed us the top of our budget. Then took use to the value section where mattresses were marked 50% off. I specifically asked about a 8inch memory foam I saw online but he told me that one was not 50% off so we ended up with a 10inch memory foam mattress, box spring and frame. While waiting to find out about delivery I was reviewing the mattress I had looked at on line and sure enough the exact one I was asking about was showing 50% off. So I showed the salesman and he tried talking me out of it for comfort reasons. I told him I prefer this one. And he changed the order and made sure to mention several times how great of a deal I'm getting on everything else, which was great but I did not appreciate being lied to about the mattress not being 50% off when I really was. Now onto delivery. It was quite a hassle he was having with the warehouse back and forth trying to get us a delivery for the next day, which was his doing, we weren't in a rush. We live on base so the driver had to be able to get base access. They eventually figured it out and scheduled us for delivery the next morning. Great! So we get up early to tear down our bed and move it out of the way. Our scheduled time frame for delivery was 845-1045am. Shortly after 9am my husband saw he missed two calls from an unknown number. We assumed it was delivery guys and called the number back. The man who answered told my husband he had the wrong number. We thought that was odd but since no one rang the door bell or knocked we didn't think much of it. It was approaching 1045 and I called the store back to find out if that was indeed the driver and after looking into it she confirmed it was. I explained how no one knocked or rang the bell and the guy told us we had the wrong number so what now?? She said she had to call the warehouse and see if they can redeliver but typically it's the next day they can delivery. So after a while she calls back and tells us the driver did not have base access and for whatever reason could not gain base access so he did not actually try to deliver our mattress. I was told they will delivery it in the morning. They were kind and refunded my delivery fee when I asked. Few more hours later and we get a call. The only delivery guy who has base access has now called out sick tomorrow and they aren't sure when he will be back to work. So the best they can do is meet us at the gate with our order and we take it from there. Which is a problem because we do not have a truck. So my husbands friend is going to try to fit it in his. Not sure if this will work or if they will even show tomorrow. Will update if they do. I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant and sleeping on an air mattress so obviously I am extremely dissatisfied with mattress firm and will never purchase from them again. Edit- we were able to meet the delivery drivers at the visitor center off post and transport the mattress box spring and frame to a friends truck and bring it home! read more

I received top-notch service from Mr. Hliboki and Cristina from start to finish. I visited the store several times before deciding on a mattress and was given space and time to test everything out. When it was time for delivery, the drivers were dressed professionally in uniform, wore shoe covers and masks, set up my new bed in under 15 minutes, and removed all the packing materials. Although I ended up having to return the mattress due to unforeseen circumstances, I was treated beyond fairly. Cristina worked with me on the return process and helped me save on fees. I just moved into the area (originally from California) and needed a new bed for myself. I initially checked out the store to see what they had to offer since they're such a big brand name mattress store and they were right around the corner from my new place. After spending about 30 minutes talking to Andrea about prices/deals, I left empty handed so that I could compare to other places. Little did I know that I wouldn't find any better offers or quality in customer service. So two weeks later, I came back and luckily was greeted by Andrea who remembered me. After about another 30 minutes of deliberation, I walked out with a new Simmons Beautyrest mattress, box spring, waterproof/bedbug proof/allergy proof covers, two memory foam pillows, and a quality metal bed base. Oh and it was all delivered the same day too. Andrea was also extremely professional and receptive to any questions or concerns I had with products and made sure I was given the best deal possible. She even looked up competitors to compare prices for mattresses and in a couple minutes found prices even cheaper than I was able to find in the two weeks I spent searching. There wasn't a single moment I felt pressured to purchase anything by walking in. She was however the only staff member working at the time so you may not get the attention you want if it's real busy. But when other customers walked in, she was very accommodating towards everyone. Awesome experience, we were helped by Debra Crowder who's only sales strategy was having us lay on every mattress in the Simmons Beauty Rest Memory Foam mattress line and made absolutely no sales pitch to sway our decision towards any one of them. She gave us a 15% military discount and arranged same day delivery first thing in the morning the next day since we purchased it around 7 PM and same day was blocked out for the day. Again, the sale itself was pretty streamlined and smooth, but the delivery process Mattress Firm has in place is pretty slick. You receive an automated call the night before delivery. They give you a window of when the product will be delivered the following day. The day of delivery, you receive another automated call with a more specific delivery time. Nice touch! Barbara Wyman Purchased SERTA Perfect Sleeper set when the store was America's Mattress in 2007. Mattress started to sag after one year. They sent an employee out who said the sagging was "normal". When it got worse was told to send pics and complaint forms to Puyallup factory, told later the mailing was never received!? Finally went to store when mattress got worse to the point of unuseable. It was now Sleep Country and they said they would handle it after we send more pictures, forms, etc. to Calif. office. I called there 2 weeks later and was told they "never received" the REGISTERED packet that I had the returned and signed receipt for!!? (They "found it" 2 months later) I paid $600.00 for a defective mattress that now has to go to the dump!? Their customer service rep in California was rude and argumentative every time I spoke with her. Never again will I purchase a SERTA product or trust a Sleep Country store. read more

I've purchased several times from them there customer service has never been outstanding, but has gone down the toliet since my last purchase it's important there delivery team know what there doing as well as the sales team at the store they should really educate there delivery people on the product there delivering i would never purchase solely due to that I want to be able to talk or interact with them when there in my home tried explaining where i wanted it got no response and pretty much ignored my request, worst delivery service ever read more
