The employees and people there are very kind and accommodating. They factor in personal preference of seating, food allergies, and much more. I love how you can get on a waitlist and actually see how packed it is and the wait time, rather than showing up at a restaurant and not knowing how busy it is going to be. I also enjoy that they have bar seating for those who want to quickly get seated or just on their own looking for a good meal and enjoyable environment to be in. I have a gluten and tree nut allergy and it can be hard for me to find places to eat that can accommodate that. One of the best things I've tried there, for me, is their pancakes!!! To find pancakes gluten free that actually taste like regular pancakes, let alone good pancakes, is an achievement in itself. The cinnamon roll pancakes are to die for! I am so obsessed I can't help going back again and again for more. I have to say. My husband and I visited this Snooze location for the first time this past weekend and it was awesome. Our server was Emily and she took great care of us. Snooze is one of our favorite breakfast places because they offer the best Eggs Benedict! This past weekend we both ordered a Benny - I tried the Crab Cake Benny and my husband got our usual favorite - the Habanero Pork Belly Benny. The Crab Cake Benny is a 6/10 - it was a refreshing, flavorful spin on a Benny, but not something I would reorder. Very delicious but not my preferred flavors. The Pork Belly Benny is a 10/10 every single time! So flavorful, rich, and perfect balance of flavors! You have to try it! This past weekend we also tried the pancake flight with Cinnamon Roll, Pineapple Upside Down Cake, and the seasonal Pumpkin Pie pancakes. We loved them all. Perfect balance of sweetness and perfect size. Parking was great at this location - a large lot shared with other businesses in the plaza. We were told it would be a 40-minute wait, so we had time to run errands at other stores in the plaza. Great location! read more

We came in to have breakfast and decided to have a mimosa and try their seasonal bowls. I tried the protein BLT bowl and it was amazing!! I added the sweet potato to it and it was simply amazing!! The staff is always so courteous, friendly at the bar. Jacklyn at the bar is always super nice and accommodating along with the rest of the bartenders. They are very good with the timing of when the food comes out, the atmosphere is inviting and always clean. Haven't been to Snooze in years. Stopped coming because we decided it just wasn't worth the hype and long wait, when we have so many more good breakfast spots around town. Had guests in town and decided to give it another try despite it being so long. Called ahead for seating and got on the wait list. Checked in when we got there, and were told they just needed to get the table together. Table was ready about 10 mins later. Ordered food quickly. Got our drinks quickly. Unfortunately, the food took a very long time to come out. Over an hour we waited, before food finally made its way to the table. While it was good, I wouldn't say it was so good it was worth the wait. By the time we ate and got out of there our breakfast was pretty much our lunch for the day. For as long as the meal took, I would have rather gone to a different breakfast joint in the area. read more

Came in for a Sunday brunch and the wait wasn't too bad considering the time of day. We got an outdoor patio seat and started off the meal with some fresh curated juices. The butterfly lemonade was very interesting and refreshing! For mains, we got the Breakfast burrito with bacon and the pancake special (PB & J) and they were both delicious. The food is good but the service is terrible. Waited 30 mins after ordering to get the food. The food was lukewarm. The server was not especially friendly and never asked how the food was, or refilled the water glasses. The food is way over priced but tasty and that is the only thing that saves them. Employees are not very professional and seem to have a weird attitude boarding on arrogant. As a server? Why? Don't get it. Better off at a classy place like La Merise in Cherry Creek for an expensive breakfast. It's also ridiculously loud inside Snooze so not a particularly pleasant ambiance. read more

Absolutely loved our experience! This was our first time staying a long while in Denver for a work trip and we were lucky enough to have Snooze close by. We were pleasantly surprised by the quick service, diverse and flexible menu options, and reasonable pricing compared to other locations. I usually love eating at Snooze and I've been to this location three times now. Usually never have an issue however as a server myself noticed that staff isn't the most friendly and will drop off food without asking if we need anything else... Not sure if it was the location we sat in either but the amount of NATS/FRUIT FLIES around us was gross! I understand some may come around during Spring but I killed 5 on my own and there were more surrounding us and made our experience not enjoyable. Constantly had to worry about them getting in our food. I couldn't enjoy my meal in peace. We just quickly ate and left and decided to take the rest home and eat it there. Kinda disappointing. Maybe have servers actually talk to customers more and get this issued resolved in the back of the restaurant. Food was good though. read more

Went in around 1pm. Place was still quite crowded, and we had had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated. Once seated, we had to wait several minutes for water to be served. Ordered some drinks, including the "breakfast marg" (because why not) and a specialty coffee. Waited an interminable time for those to arrive. My breakfast marg came with salt, even though I ordered without. It also tasted like it came no booze, and was really quite bland. Food, as usual, was quite tasty. Service, when it showed up, was super-friendly and familiar in almost an annoying way, treating us like old friends when it was our first time visiting that store. read more

This Snooze is the only one I've ever had consistently good food, the others have been disappointing. The staff is great and helpful. I appreciate that everyone is helping everyone, regardless of who that tables server is. One time I forgot to ask for gluten free pancakes and they brought out new ones and comped the ones I couldn't eat even though it was completely my fault. Their gluten free pancakes are why I go. It's the closest to regular tasting pancakes I've had. This is the only location I've been to that doesn't taste grainy. I also appreciate that they use real maple syrup and don't charge extra for it. I get killer headaches from pancake syrup and never get to eat breakfast out, until Snooze. Cinnamon roll pancakes aren't always on the menu but they're almost always available and are fantastic. read more

Just hopped off the plane with the worst red eye flight imaginable. This was on our list for our first stop and it did not disappoint. I ordered the strawberry shortcake pancakes and the breakfast burrito. I also ordered a latte. All the servers were amazing and the fast service was appreciated after such a long flight. We were also seated right away, but I guess that isn't the case all the time based on other reviews. So I was happy we were lucky. The coffee came out first. It may have been the altitude adjustment...but it was horrible. Haha. Bitter, too dark for me. I couldn't drink more than one sip so I made my partner drink the rest reluctantly. The pancakes and breakfast burrito was a different story. BEST. PANCAKES. EVER. Sweet crispy edges, perfect strawberries, and praline brown sugar topping, total chef's kiss! And the marscapone cheese added a bit of creaminess to the sweetness. Granted the whole dish was not overly sweet and was light enough for a super tired traveler. The burrito had a signature green chile sauce and was huge!! Loved how balanced it was with eggs and other fresh ingredients. If I could have more of an appetite then, I'd devour both! Soooo this morning we called up there & the lady said no wait. It took us less than 5 mins to get there. And all of a sudden there's 3 people and a family with a baby standing there. Staring at least 4 open booths. So I ask the manager what the deal is. She says they're waiting on servers. Ok, so why not at least SIT US ALL... it's not our problem she didn't schedule enough help this morning. So we left & are otw to my fave: Urban Egg. We won't be back here for a while. If ever... especially with a rude manager (cranky red headed chick). I don't support people who aren't aware of what customer service means. Or doesn't have common sense to fill up the empty tables instead of a crowd of us getting pissy crowding at the front door looking at empty tables. I felt bad for the couple with the baby. read more
